  i know you sometimes miss the barrage of emails you get, so i thought i'd post to invite you to my house-warming party on 30th november 2002.. as you know, this house means the world to me.

  had to take a much needed vacation to clear my head.

  man it has been a crazy month.

  i actually got the courage to tell my mom that i don't believe all that jw crap, and boy did she blow a gasket.

  I actually got the courage to tell my mom that I don't believe all that JW crap,

  A giant step! Well done. I once had to do the same thing and instead of blowing a gasket she wept! That was hard, wish she had blown one instead. She is now out of the WT too, needless to say I didnt feel an ounce of sadness when I found out she left.

  the german kingdom ministry for december 2002 contains an announcement not to send emails to the headquarters or to the gb.. do foreign editions contain this announcement as well?

  My aunt and uncle where classic at this...best one:

  We went to a district convention about 200 miles away, not realising that the car had no brakes, suspension belt snapped, radiator burst, back tyre flat, yet Jah got us there perfectly safe without us having to spend our threpny bits by putting in any petrol....how about that for undeserved kindness?

  alright, long story short.

  i was at my parents house the other night.

  my mom has been sick, and they have their jw friends from england visiting.

  JS I met both those guys, Peter Knowles is still a JW, an elder. He sometimes gives the public talk in the KH I used to go to. He admitted from the platform that he joined the JWs in 1972 with the 1975 date in veiw! He reckoned that if the new system didnt begin in 75 as promised he would throw all WTowers in the bin.... For him 1975 was very real, though he went on to say after 1975 came and went he was hooked and knew it was the truth so he stayed....duurrr.

  Dave Hill was always at Dudley assemblies with his wife and kids, same haircut as he had while in slade, not sure he ever got baptised either...I doubt hey would let him with his hair like that. His whole family looked like hippies (even the kids) so I guess he wasnt making the progress they wanted to see him make.
