  wow, 3 years since i first found this place and joined the fray.

  i think i've spent more time here over the past three years than i did during the last three years i attended the kh.

  i've been up and down quite a bit since leaving the cult, cults attract people who are emotional cripples and i am no exception, and the cult only makes you worse.

  i went to the kingdom hall for the very last time.

  i went in the door in my guns n roses t-shirt and ripped up lucky jeans, new earrings and goatee.

  i went up to the po of the congregation and told him i needed to talk to him.

  Michelle, keep the faith you have, doesnt matter what anyone else chooses to believe. I admire you for having some form of hope.

  It is a little negative to view all the bad in the world, there are many people who do good too. Whatever your little piece of this world is, make the most of it and look after it. Be proud of it and be happy. The bad you see outside will keep you hoping for some justice, thats a good thing.

  Does England Need The Royals?

  there's lot's of reasons why we need a monarchy.

  When I was a JW I didnt appreciate any form of royalty except for the book of "Kings" in the bible! lol.

  After leaving and forming my own opinons I am all for keeping the Royal family. They have added to Englands identification and they are our heritage, keep them. When I used to hear my grandparents talk obout "the king" it was odd to hear since I could only relate to having a queen, but he helped difine their era just as our queen will be a defining piece in ours (along with Punk/mods/riots/global warming/terrorism and Madonna ..)
