  the governing body may be too old to teach sex education.

  but they are wise in other matters.. i have made a new topic since i slaughtered the book in the last topic of raymond franz.

  do not forget that he made a mistake in being a 100% governing body thinker.. no organization at its early stages can live up to jehovah's expectations and no one is perfect.. please list some good ideas, ethics that the governing body has done here.

  Are you admitting you were wrong about the quote? Are you telling us what we already knew - that you were too lazy to read carefully and understand: 1) that the post was not written by Ray Franz and 2) in trying to correct your first mistake you made another, assuming that Ray Franz put up the review???

  You were completely wrong on point one. Why should we consider points 2 - infinity?

  You've established: You are not careful in verifying what you read and write; you are not giving credible testimony; you can't write or understand simple 8th grade level English.

  Now, I'm not in a position to needlessly mock someone because of an occasional typo. Heaven knows, I'm not the world's best speller. But, when your words are strung together in a way that makes no sense at all, how do you expect anyone to take you seriously? Hasn't the Theocratic Ministry School taught you anything?

  I'm not going to let you slip away on this one. You started an issue with your original post. Saying "oopsie" just does not cut it.

  "preasts" = priests

  "marrage" = marriage

  "threw" years = through years

  Again, Bleep, do you understand that Ray Franz did NOT quote those book reviews? They were written by and for users of Amazon.com. As far as you know, Ray Franz does not even know they exist. He is certainly not responsible for their content (especially if they are all those gay priests who live in West Virginia).

  God, I'm going to hate myself for getting involved in such drivel, but....

  Bleep, do you, or do you not, understand that reader reviews are posted on the Amazon.com web site, NOT published by the author. Anybody can post whatever on Amazon, just by clicking on a link. Some do not chose to give their names.

  This has nothing whatever to do with Ray Franz.

  Can you really be this uninformed, or are you just here to stir up emotions?

  Furthermore, no Witness is forced to buy Mr. Franz's books. They ARE however, coerced into donating twice for the publications they use in field service. Care to explain that?

  May I ask you a question, Bleep? Did you say you were a student? If "yes", are you a student of a public school, or are you furthering your education at an institution at which you must pay tuition?

  If you can write the following sentence after receiving even an 8th grade education:

  It is not the Christian freedom one I am sure of it. That one is worse.

  ...you need to seek a refund at once.

  Quite obviously, you are not in posession of either of Mr. Franz's books. That explains how you could so badly botch a quote. Please try again. For now, you owe the board an appology for stating such bogus nonsense.

  Bleep, before you completely remove any slight bit of credibility (perhaps too late), please credit the source of that quote. Ray Franz was baptised way before 1972.

  It sounds to everyone that you have completely gone out of your mind. The so-called quote doesn't even sound remotely like Mr. Franz's writing style. The goofs in grammer are way more like, say....YOU.

  i don't why i'm making a post of this, just because i guess... my dog died this morning, run over by a car... she saw a bunch of kids on the other side of a busy street, slipped out of the collar and ran for it... she didn't listen to me & she was dead before i even got to her :(.

  3 minutes and it was over....

  this is just a side thought about us disassociating ourselves last nite, it took all of three minutes.. 35 years of my life being a jw, same for wild, 11 yrs of him being an elder and it all came down to two men of the phone to finalize our departure.. what i find strange about this, is that not once did they ask us to reconsider, or if we would think about it for a couple of days and then we could get back with them.

  they didnt ask for one more shepherding call, they didnt say goodbye, they didnt say we would be missed.

  they were so formal almost like robots with no feeling.

  you have to like these kind of movies in the first place but, even if you don't go see it!..

  and see it with a full audience!.

  i love movies that engage the audience and in this movie they were truly engaged.. either screaming or laughing profusely.

  Some movies really surprise me.

  I was prepared to hate "Starship Troopers" and ended up admiring it on many levels, even though it will never make my top 10 list. Also fell in love with Jay and Silent Bob when I watched Dogma and made an effort to see all their cult movies (Clerks, Chasing Amy, etc.)

  Keep an open mind when seeing films. Sometimes, you find a pearl in that oyster.

  another thread raised the question of wt and amway well-- jeff and joni probandt are the ray franz of amway .

  as you read this guys story you will think that you are reading about an ex- jw and yes you will see the same mindset is in amway as well as wt----.

  over the next few days i will post some info that this young guy provided about amway- he is one of the highest ranking amway folks ever to go public in such a detail fashion as he did-.

  Yup, I can't wait to read this.

  The main reason MLM schemes do not make people rich is the same reason every man, woman, and child on the planet does not now have AIDS. Geometric expansion has to hit a lid eventually.

  Most of the MLM's dislike the use of the term "Pyramid Scheme", because that is most accurate. Only the top point of the pyramid gets rich. If you happen to get in at the bottom, you'll do all the work and get none of the rewards.

  Do the math!!
