The "insanity" is to believe the doctrines of the Watchtower.

The Watchtower does not have "special knowledge"

The Watchtower famous teaching that the gospels,

were "not written to the earthly class" is a lie, not biblical.

It is a False doctrine. You are stuck in this error.

According to your own words, you, yourself, cannot enter

the Kingdom, on earth or in heaven because Jesus said:

"unless one is born of water and the Spirit,

he cannot enter the kingdom of God.... "

John 31-36 There is no "qualifier"

there are NOT 'two kingdoms', one on earth and one in heaven.

The Kingdom extends to the EARTH does it not ?

1John 2:20 " you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge."

Jesus did not separate people into groups or"classes"

as the flase WT core doctrines teach.

Jesus did the very opposite of that:

Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace,

who has made the two into one

and by whom the middle wall of division has been broken down.

The very scriptures the WT uses to create a false doctrine,

says the exact opposite of two separate groups

John 10:16 ...other sheep.. I must bring them in also, and they

will listen to my voice;and they shall be one fold ( one flock) one shepard.

Galatians 3:28 ... for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Jesus UNIFIED he did not create "separate classes" with "separate hopes".

That is a false doctrine of the WT Society.

The "faithful and discreet slave" is not a "class"

Matt 24:45 speaks in a rhetorical

question, "who is the faithful and wise servant....It will be good for that servant

whose master finds him doing so.... It is about living a Christian life responsibly.

The very idea that your mother would "unfriend you on facebook"

sends a cold chill down my spine. Its unnatural, its creepy, I am

what is the blind spot?.

the watchtower society is in major denial that the members of that religion will actually grow old and die.. as a consequence of this major blind spot the members are less likely to include provisions for that inevitability.. the active and committed jw spends a preponderance of their vital years serving the needs of the group and not for saving for old age.. once that outstanding performance lessens and fizzles into decrepitude--the society itself makes no provision for their senescence.. .

The JW's I knew from 70's and before, have died,

or are living and have lived on welfare

and are now in senior subsidized housing.

Except some who had come from wealthy

non-witness parents, who then inherited wealth

when their parents died. These are very few, but prominent

"famous" in the KH, and they behave as if they were the

ones who earned the wealth instead of their well educated

and hard working non-witness relatives.

The WT preaches doctrines of non-participation

in what should have been your own life,

its an atmosphere of being under threat, under

a non-existant imposed deadline and on high disaster alert

all the time. Its a belief you know "special things"

that make you separate from the world.

Family and interpersonal relationships and community

involvement and developing yourself through education

for long term living is sacrificed for "state of emergency"

thinking and fear of being rejected and isolated by the group.

Its a high stress fear and shame based way of life

and it is a disconnect from any real honesty or love.

I appreciate that there are some sincere people here

who are trying to help family out of the WT.

I do not think it helps at all when you see posts of people

drawing a penis on Christ as is on this site,

which is supposed to be monitored to not include pornography.

I see some in charge of the site, who themselves have

never been a JW at all and who cannot understand the

"Hook" that gets us in the first place or the experience

of the born-in. I believe jgnat has posted she was never a JW ?

And women who are dating brothers ?

This site must look very frightening to those timid

souls who might actually be seeking sanity and spiritual freedom.

I was a convert at 15 years old, a pioneer, a "true believer"

(completly deluded ) and I read every WT publication thoroughly

and argued it from door to door.

I have therefore insight the non-jw who monitors this site

cannot hope to have. By unfortunate and long exposure.

I do not believe that re-hashing WT doctrines is freeing or helpful.

Think of Paul. When he was deluded and killing Christians,

did Jesus engage him in a detailed picking over of the Talmud ?

No. He knocked him off his horse and struck him blind.

By the same example: there is no gentle way to be born again,

thats why its likened to death and rebirth.

People need to stop thinking there is some miraculous

"answer" contained "deep" in WT publications, there isn't.

You have to face the fear and research outside

what you have been taught.

NOT the kind of "research" put forth on this site,

which is a re-hash of WT publications and

doctrines.

Real research; basic, simple, raw, Bible teachings,

which a child can understand. Example; regarding the bread and wine,

"do this in remembrance of me" is what Jesus said,

the only requirement was that you believed Him to be the Messiah,

and you were honest and simple, and sincere.

Not complicated.

He did not say get together and "stare at the wine"

and refuse to drink and refuse to eat.

He said Do it. Not; refrain from doing it, and prevent others also.

John 11:26, "Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never die.

Do you believe this?" (these words were spoken to Martha.)

Martha replied: "Yes, Lord;I believe that you are the Christ,

the Son of God, who has come into the world."

John 6:47 " ... this bread is my flesh that I gave for the life of the world"

The world folks. Then he said other simple things, like help

widows and orphans, help those in distress, alone, hungry, cold,

and he would count it as helping Him. Thats not complicated to

understand. Be nice, share your stuff. Kindergarteners understand.
