  Am I making the right decision?

  ok im a senior and its time for me to make decisions.

  i either have the choice of going to this art institute thats near me, i wont be able to live on campus.

  i really want to go to university of texas but my parents cant afford it let alone will they support me for living in austin.

  ah, (((chris)))- you may not be paid for it but you are all of those things too !! I'm sorry that you weren't able to pursue higher education though P.S.- it's not too late

  crizlee, congrats on being in the top 5% of your class!!

  With regard to the Navy- If you are thinking of entering solely for the educational benefits, I'd take another look. We are at war and you will inevitably be deployed and won't be able to use those benefits for quite a while.

  If you want an education, being in the top 5% of your class you are in a position to get all sorts of financial aid and scholarship money. All you have to do is look for it-it's there.

  My Fascination With Nicely Shaped Jugs

  this is a part of my collection.. the all-blue jug and the "pinch pot" below were made in a local pottery in the 1920's and are known as wesuma ware.

  (weston super mare).

  the others are all doulton lambeth ware from the late 1800's, well before the company came to be called royal doulton.

  i understand that bem was involved in a car accident a couple of days ago and she's suffering from some broken ribs and a broken toe and is in a great deal of pain.

  ((((bem))) We are all entitled to a pity party once in a while and I'd say with what you've been through- you are due !! I wouldn't consider any of it whining by any stretch ! And I'm sure it hurts to have your Mom acting in an insensitive manner at this point. Try to think of YOU only at this point and rest up.

  There is a solution to all of that ya know .......

  Become a Packers fan !! Application is easy- no long forms to fill out and no lengthy wait for approval !! And the only real drawback is finding Dallas stickers all over your house (found another one today in the linen closet) but the fun that goes with that is worth it !!

  Oh, and we have the best tailgating in the league !! And our stadium is pretty cool too. Unless you are a Dallas fan and get lost around it.
