i have a bunch of "worldly" friends that i really care about and they are all planning on taking me out but i hesitate...i just only recently within the last 2 years started taking active interest in my birthday so i only have a minimal idea of what to feel...i know i will go out and get trashed and plastered but i want to know what it feels like...i dont know if this post makes any sense haha i think i'm gonna just drink myself into a nice stupor and pass out somewhere hahaha...any tips or advice from anybody here?

that wud depend on how good of a friend they perceive YOU to be. If they still are buyin into the whole borgish idea and philosophy then leave em be...but thats just MY opinion...we all have to find out for ourselves what is true and what isnt...but hey if u DO try and help em best of luck to ya! It might have an opposite effect tho just be preapared for that if it happens...

yah connie I know the feeling...I havent heard my parents day happy birthday to me ever and I wll be 27 tmw...I am trying still to get used to it..having worldly/real friends help a lot...but nuthin takes away from havin ones parent say "happy bday" HAPPY BDAY CONNIE!

Any ExJW kids out there?

we are about to move and i made a house out of the boxes!
my mom says i should be an engineer when i grow up because i can make lots of neat things with the boxes!.

Went to church...for the first time.

it is the first time in my life i ever set foot inside a place of worship for service, other than that of my former kingdom hall.
today i got up around 7:30 aware of the strange familiarity that i once had of getting up early to go to the kingdom hall ever sunday.
