Oh, I thought you were talking about that website. I heard the owner sold the dot com name to make up for all the time she spent on it. I wonder when the buyer will make it resurface?

Where is the Great Crowd?
by Dawn inthis post is mainly for non_trias_theos - but any of you who are jw's feel free to respond.
i know this should probably be posted on the bible research board, but being that "non" is a newbie i wasn't sure he'd check there.. question - where is the great crowd?.
read the verses (revelation 7:9) in revelation that refer to the great crowd (or multitude) and tell me where they are in those verses.

I used to post on a board with my husband and I wish to heck no one had known I was married to him.
People assumed we shared the same views and others would blast me or badmouth me to him that I was not submissive. Others would ask me to control him. His views were what I considered, "outa control" and I wanted nothing more than to distance myself from him after a while.

Why Are Women Better Liars Then Men ?
by YYHWH ini cannot tell a lie with a straight face.
women seem to be able to lie and you cannot even have a clue they are not telling the truth.. why is that?.
are women better liars?

Men are much better liars! Been lied to time and time again. Turn a man into a husband and you'll find a liar.
I think women are much better believers than men.

Not buying it for looks, because if I was I'd just do like you said and buy a flat screen.
I like the conciseness of it, very compact, less intrusive. The sound system is awesome! But it has a really program to make movies. The i-movie. I have a baby and a digital camcorder, so I want to be able to edit and send copies to my parents. You can make the i-book and that's pretty neat. I have also heard of the reliability of the MAC system. My computer has crashed so many times that now I have no software on it and just running my HP with its original software. I rely on my puter at work to use other software.
Lately, with my HP, everytime I install my Palm software to interface with my handheld device, it junks up my Outlook.
So, I went to an Apple store and played some of the games, surfed the net and hung out. I think I can get similar software. I am not a gamer, the stuff it comes with is fine for me. I basically am a web surfer, emailer, visit some dbs and want to get into picture editing and editing my videos.
(copying cds and dvds and making my own would be super fun, too)

I like the new bubble with the flat monitor. The one I want will copy dvds, cds and of course does the i-movie and video editing.
It will mean learning a whole new system though. What do you all think?

do you feel PRESSURED?
by refiners fire inim working again at the moment, setting up a spare parts store for an electrical maintenance company.. i cant believe the pressure in the work place.everythings gotta be done yesterday, but noone wants to pay you any money to do it, and noone wants to give you any resources to execute the job.the guy in charge there is on a salary, and he works 60 hours a week minimum.. he worked on a repair job till 4am this morning, and the big bosses were complaining cause he didnt come in till lunchtime!
can you believe such shit?.
maybe ive lost touch over the past couple years, been a homebody.. everythings computerized.

My cousin is an airplane pilot for a major airline, he loves his job. But we were talking about work and about some who have short term jobs, or those who can't seem to keep a job and those who don't take jobs because its not their dream job.....
he said, people don't work because they want to, people work because they have to! Even though he loves his job, he'd quit in a minute if he could stay home and play hockey with his 5 year old son and still get paid.
Not that this is the point of your thread, but pressure seems to be my middle name. I can't seem to get a break. Just when you think the pressure is lifted, more weights get added. I have more work than I can handle but need every bit of it.
But I liked my cousins point, just keep my nose to the grindstone, stop worrying that I don't have the exact job I want and keep working. Every job has its downfalls.(I have had one of my jobs for 7 years and the new job for a month now......)

Like that Beatles song, "Today is Your Birthday", well, its mine. For the first time in a long time, I told people at work that its my day. And I feel a little special and I like it. Once a year, people should get to feel good and others feel good making you feel special.
My mom and my aunt both sent me a card (didn't say happy b-day because they got so into the habit of not acknowledging holidays to me) and I was happy. My dad called me to "ask how old I was"... they still aren't used to the fact that I am not JW anymore after so many years of being one. They have never been JW's.
