I think old Witnesses are tired. They lived a life following the Organization and what has it done for them. It’s very tough to admit that you were in reality a failure.

Some, many Witnesses were by the book robots who thought as they were told. Still , there were some that appeared to be real human beings.
Funny thing is though, even some of these people who I thought were pretty normal would probably not even say a genuine hello to me if they saw because I left the “Truth “ a long time ago.

Flat earthers still exist and say the earth is flat. There was debate on the roundness vs. flatness ideas until the Greeks wrote more of the sphere of the earth. Before that there were those that didn’t believe the earth was round.

Do you believe in the science? That’s the question we have been asked for a long time. Sad to say many scientists are given incentives to agree with the people giving them money 💰. If a scientist questions his peers they are often ridiculed or ignored. I don’t think that science is always impartial.

You certainly can believe something with or without evidence. Scientists believed the earth was flat. “Evidence “ indicates blah blah blah… until other evidence says something different. Evidence proves Covid didn’t come out of a lab. Ooops, wait a minute. We , the scientists,can’t say we can prove that positively.
