Do You Tip At Eateries?
by minimus inif you go to a restaurant, do you tip and typically how much?
if you were given a 90 minute time frame to eat at a restaurant, would that restriction limit your tipping to the waitress or waiter?.
also if you order a coffee and donut and pick it up, do you contribute to the “tip jar” that’s on the counter?

I’ll tell you what I HATE. Due to Covid, you and another person are seated at a restaurant and only one menu is given and you must share it. Wtf?? Then the server will continue coming to you to ask you what you want but you haven’t had a chance to look at the menu because one person has it in front of them and you haven’t gotten to see it yet. It’s ridiculous!

If people want to exercise their right not to wear a mask when walking outside they have been threatened with fines . If a church wants to meet in a home with a few people the government or state bans it until the Supreme Court says otherwise. All under the guise of a public health order. Tennis club I belong you makes you wear a mask on the court if you are playing doubles but if you are playing singles you don’t need a mask. A lot of arbitrary rules here.

Joey, in this country, tipping is part of dining or service. Personally though, I don’t like tipping if I have to get out of my car place an order, wait for it to be given and then see a little tip jar near the register. Why does anybody deserve a tip when I come and pick it up myself?? If though I’m calling for a pizza delivery, the driver depends on a tip for his services so I will tip accordingly

When I first got here there was a quite a mix of people. Some very pro JW and some not at all and many in the middle. It was a place where we would vent our feelings over the unfairness of the Organization , it’s rules as well as it’s ever changing beliefs. Back then if you said something stupid you would have Farkel call you out on it and humiliate you for your stupidness. Lol ....now though, it seems less JW s are using sites like these “apostate” ones and either doing their own research on the religion or simply decide To stay in the cult for a variety of reasons.

Every once in a while JWs will come by looking for encouragement from other disfellowshipped people or suggestions as to how to get back in the Organization’s favor. Naturally we tell them not to return. 🤙🤙 return to the Organization that is.

if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.
there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?
