  just wanted to put this out there for any lurkers.. as someone that grew up during the 70s and 80s, we were promised that we would be in the first picture long ago.

  It's just this empty sinking feeling, realizing it was just a big 'lie' from the Russell/Rutherford onward. Sick....

  These men created what was called a confidence game where what they were selling was exploited from the public's general basic belief in the bible.
  

  Their personal endeavors created a fair amount of power and control over others and a accumulative amount of assets in land and money as well..

  The kind of power and money that certain men dream about, as if they built their very own self made " Kingdom " .

  The reality came to be this for many JWS who patiently waited.

  ...and there will be many JWs (Generations) who are going unfortunately in that direction as well..

  700 million laundered funds by Watchtower to avoid sex lawsuit payment?

  based on a daily telegraph article : jehovah's witnesses accused of selling off assets and moving cash to avoid sex abuse compensation

  watchtower has 800 charities in australia and australian law says they don't have to report assets below 1 million .

  doesn't this imply watchtower can have in excess of 700 million laundered funds?

  I’m Seeing Some Trump Fatigue Out There

  i’ve heard from a few trump voters that they are getting tired of the whole trump thing.

  one person yesterday said he lies.

  another person said she hears from her clients in her business that the constant drama and push back from all sides against trump is fatiguing.. i remind people that before this worldwide pandemic, we had the best numbers in jobs.

  I think Trump self imposed his own fatigue by firing most of the people he hired and put into position, that's got to wear a man down with that kind of responsibility.

  After decades from not being involved with a religion such as the JWS,  I've come to realize that men will lie and be devious when they know what they are doing is gong to cultivate a semblance of power and control around themselves.  Looking back at people such as J Rutherford, one can see a self indulgent power seeking individual, with the same public notoriety that the WTS. offered C T Russell previously.
