Barely noticable on the WT booths either....
.
when rutherford assumed the presidency of the watchtower society he instituted series of sweeping changes to the teachings and practices of the bible students.
some of these changes were at complete odds with what had been taught previously.
a key example was the elevation of the watchtower society as "god's visible organization on earth".

yadda yadda 2: Rebrand to call themselves JW.org? lol, can't see that. I think some are getting a bit carried away at the new internet focus.
.
If a person is even marginally observant, you'll notice that "JW.Org" has been promoted and repeated ad nauseum. Look at the August tract for the campaign- JW.Org is all over it. Look at the booths and storefronts WT is utilizing. They don't have banners on them that say "Watchtower" or "Jehovah's Witnesses". No, on every one of them it says in big bold letters "JW.Org".
Do you not notice any of this?
example:march 2014 wt mentioned how to providing care for the elderly.wait let us go back to the january 2014 wt page 29 p.15 says in part" what about those of you who have made sacrifices to serve jehovah full time, such as:gave up promising careers, successful business, simplify your life, remained unmarried or if married decided to forgo having childern to make yourself available for bethel service, international construction work, circuit work,or missionary service.should you feel that the sacrifices you made were unnecessary or ill-timed?
not at all!.
bethel service oh they kicked me out when i got old..and told me to see your timely advice in the march 2014 wt..
Sadly, it's the predictable and inevitable result of people willing to shelve all common sense to follow the advice of fools:
.
"If you are a young person, you also need to face the fact that you will never grow old in this present system of things. Why not? Because all the evidence in fulfillment of Bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due to end in a few years. Of the generation that observed the beginning of the "last days" in 1914, Jesus foretold: "This generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur."-Matt. 24:34. Therefore, as a young person, you will never fulfill any career that this system offers. If you are in highschool and thinking about a college education, it means at least four, perhaps even six or eight more years to graduate into a specialized career. But where will this system of things be by that time? It will be well on the way toward its finish, if not actually gone!" Awake!1969 May 22 p.15
"Today there is a great crowd of people who are confident that a destruction of even greater magnitude is now imminent. The evidence is that Jesus' prophecy will shortly have a major fulfilment, upon this entire system of things. This has been a major factor in influencing many couples to decide not to have children at this time." Awake! 1974 Nov 8 p.11
"Yes, since the summer of 1973 there have been new peaks in pioneers every month. Now there are 20,394 regular and special pioneers in the United States, an all-time peak. That is 5,190 more than there were in February 1973! A 34-percent increase! Does that not warm our hearts? Reports are heard of brothers selling their homes and property and planning to finish out the rest of their days in this old system in the pioneer service. Certainly this is a fine way to spend the short time remaining before the wicked world's end." Kingdom Ministry May 1974 p.3 How Are You Using Your Life?
"those who are acquainted with the situation in the congregation should never say hello or goodbye to him.
he is not welcome in our midst, we avoid him.
such an individual has no place in the clean organization or congregation of god.
It's okay, Londo. WT does it all the time and god loves them more than anyone else!
Next time just put in a "[ ]" and a "..." and you're golden. LOL.
Spliced or not, the article says what it says- the meaning and intent are the same.
the study article imitate the faith of moses study article, is the same old blah that they always have.
moses, a guy who lived 4000 years ago, did.
something when he was 40 years old when he was in egypt and when he was in the wilderness at the burning bush, an angel communicated with him.. .
Is this the same Moses that happily committed genocides at yahweh's bidding?
.
Maybe WT mistakenly printed this as a study article when what they really meant to do is make it a BOE Letter outlining how to treat the R&F.
"those who are acquainted with the situation in the congregation should never say hello or goodbye to him.

In true WT fashion, what it formerly condemned as "pagan" and "unscriptural" when another religion does it, WT now embraces the same exact thing and calls it "scriptural" and 'direction from god'. Note the scriptures WT says the CC misapplies to justify disfellowshipping- they are the very same scriptures WT uses now to justify it:
.
this is an adaptation of my commentary for my wife on one of the propaganda articles still published on the official wt website.. i think they are a good set of articles to refer to when discussing the sept 2007 okm qfr and jws cultish behaviour in general.. .
cheers.
chris.
Awake: The propagandist makes sure that his message appears to be the right and moral one and that it gives you a sense of importance and
belonging if you follow it. You are one of the smart ones, you are not alone
.
compare to:
"But Jehovah's servants already belong to the only organization that will survive the end of this wicked system of things." Watchtower 2007 Dec 15 p.14
"But if we were to draw away from Jehovah's organization, there would be no place else to go for salvation and true joy." Watchtower 1993 Sep 15 p.22
.
Awake: "So we need to be selective. We need to scrutinize whatever is presented to us, deciding what to accept and what to reject."
Compare to:
are the charts and number graphics you see in the wt and awake articles factual?
or are they misleading?.
many have already discussed how verses, quotes, and facts are cherry-picked to fit a particular situation.. i came across another blatant misrepresentation of facts, in a grossly misleading chart-graphic.
@ Tech49: Apparently, G-Hovah doesnt like Turkey as much as the rest of us
.
especially at "pagan" holiday times, like Thanksgiving...
"those who are acquainted with the situation in the congregation should never say hello or goodbye to him.

After reading that, I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy....
