  Wives who complain about their husbands work schedule but refuse to get a job

  i listen to one of these all time in our hall.

  she brings it up constantly about how they would do this or that but he has to work that saturday.

  i think she should get a job and then he could find a lower paying 9 to 5 job..

  They had also tried to ask my husband to leave but I told them that wasn't happening so they said he could stay. They tried saying his presence would hinder the flow of the holy spirit.

  LOL. Poor H.S. ... as ineffective as WT's god.

  All because we knew the elders were covering over a guy who committed adultery and admitted it, forged a legal document... posession of an illegal firearm, domestic abuseon his wife and threatening to kill his father whom he had gotton the guns from.

  Two months later two of my accusers who were related to the guy that was getting away with all this wicked stuff became elders

  Just the kind of men WT is looking for. They'll make fine elders. No doubt appointed by the same holy spirit your husband was allegedly blocking. LOL.

  if you are/were an active jw, you are now here on jwn so, for whatever your reasons, you woke up to some degree- hopefully a great degree.

  so what i am saying may not apply to you.. i know that if i had not already left, i would have stormed out on the day they studied "overlapping generation.

  " i am quite confident i couldn't have stayed for such an obvious switcharoo just to make the end seem imminent and try to explain how wts was wrong, but not entirely wrong in the past.. but i had to wonder how that change (or others) didn't cause most jw's to walk out.

  yes, you heard right.. as you know, most christian organizations publish and distribute little tracts with their gospel message.

  well they also make some that expose the lies of the wt, and explain how it is a cult.

  even if people are not interested in the "gospel message" in these tracts, the tracts do a good job exposing the wt as a cult.. now, those of you who are now agnostic or athiests or just non-religious, please keep reading, to understand what i plan to do.... i am expecting to receive $$ for christmas.

  ... personally go door-to-door in my former territory and "work" the very same houses as I previously did.

  My first impression, as a householder, would be:

  "Hmmm...he came to me as a JW fully convinced he had the truth; now he's here as an ex-JW fully convinced he's found the truth. Why should I listen?"
