what a joke the campaign is.....the sheeple are so blind.
what does this have to do with what jesus taught us to do.
i feel like i was campaigning for a politician.. next thing your going to see on the website is a donation button visible to all vistors without having to log in just bypass the middle man.

the lds church (mormons) have pulled 274 missionaries out of the ebola affected areas of africa and sent them to other lands.. does the wt care enough about its sales reps to do the same ?
.
There was a recent video (I don't remember the source- a JW or JW.Org) that showed what WT had JWs do for the Memorial in these areas: they still held the Memorial....but told the brothers to "wash their hands thoroughly", and they didn't pass the emblems*.
That's WT's 'solution' to dealing with a deadly disease! The show must go on.
.
* without the emblems, isn't it just another meeting? And, since it was just another meeting, considering the circumstances, coudln't it have been cancelled?
i hope no one here get's injured when they see this and their jaw hits the floor:.

sparky1: During our meeting with the Elders I said to the Elder that had been dancing that 'he was involved too' and so 'what about his conduct?'. His answer to my question was "I only did it a little bit".
Now why can't a publisher use this same lame-assed excuse in a judicial committee to get out of apostasy charges, fornication, or any other "sin"?
elder: "did you commit fornication?"
publisher: "yes....but "I only did it a little bit".

WT is becoming more mainstream everyday. How long before they have church Kingdom Hall bake sales, garage sales and Wednesday Night Bingo to raise funds???
WT- condemned yet again by its own words:
.
*** w10 5/1 p. 31 What is a Kingdom Hall? ***
"So the name Kingdom Hall, which was coined in the 1930’s, appropriately describes the purpose of these buildings — to promote true worship and serve as a hub for the preaching of the "good news of the kingdom." (Matthew 24:14) Thus, Kingdom Halls are not used for social or commercial activities."
*** w91 12/1 p. 19 par. 13 Practicing Pure Religion for Survival ***
"Jehovah’s Witnesses respect their Kingdom Halls and larger Assembly Halls as places dedicated to Jehovah’s worship. Unlike many churches of Christendom, Kingdom Halls are not social clubs."

as a former elder, i know that there was always friction with the c.o.
(funny.... sounds like "commanding officer, doesn't it?).
anyhow, i do wonder how much 'submission' or toadying many of these "men" can endure now that circuit overseers have been given absolute power.
For the most part, what else does an elder have? The Org. strips a person of anything truly meaningful in life, so the only "power" and control an elder has is that found in the congregation, where he can fill the internal void created by following the ideologies of the very religion that has emasculated him.
Regardless of the absurdities he must endure, the elder will hang on to the last vestige of 'manhood' he has: being an elder- one of the elite who can lord his authority over the rank and file while projecting his insecurities and dashed dreams of an unfulfilled life onto the sorry soul who dares get out of line or defy his lordship.
the watchtower study to be considered this sunday, august 3, 2014 (using the magazine dated may 15, 2014), titled are you moving ahead with jehovahs organization?, in paragraph seven (on pages 27-28), talks about the number of people baptized in recent years:.
7 where do those making up the great crowd come from?
they are being brought together because of what jesus foretold as part of the sign of his presence.
SAHS: Others, though, perhaps may have wished to wait until their baptism before starting to report time
Unless something has changed in WT's requirements, a person must be active in preaching and reporting field service time every month in order to get baptized.
No preachy, no dunky.
oh wow!....
i have seen some really pathetic instagram posts today..... so many have posted pictures of "all of us out in service in the greatest month of witnessing ever camapign"..... there are slide shows, with snapshots of old and very young in service handing out leaflets etc... it is really quite sad to see the hype building up!.
anyone else seen such things?.
kneehighmiah: They have to work extra just to pay for a hotel and travel expenses at an international convention
I thought a faithful JW would just quit their job (or get fired) to attend the ASSembly, wouldn't they?
And, working so hard to feed their children...don't these JWs have any faith in Jehovah™, the god of "What Have You Done For Me Today?"
this ticks me off!
last sundays watchtower talked about how organised the heavens are.
how it works so acuratley.
Okay, sir82, let's compromise: It was The Iron Goat Age written about in the Bronze Age.
"The world will know....
that Jesus still isn't doing anything and WT is still a drama queen".
