  The 24 Elders in Revelation are NOT the anointed......

  today i just thought of this.

  i had written a thread about the false teaching of the anointed being resurrected already.

  anyway, the wt assumes the 24 elders in revelation are the 144,000, and the assumption is merely because both sit on thrones.

  The 12 minor prophets are often overlooked but they are very important to the scheme of things. What I found intersting was from malachi, the scriptures werre closed for 450 yrs ( i think 450) Math and timelines i think have a big part to play.

  How much do you pay for your internet service?

  a few years ago, i had dial up internet with netrover, and cost about 18$ a month, unlimited use.

  but it was slow.. then i had videotron here in quebec, low speed internet (cable) for about 29$ a month which was about 3 to 4 times faster than dial up.

  now i upgraded it to high speed for about 45$ a month plus tax of course.

  I did wonder why you were focused on the RRC, why, well RCC is not the state church or religion of England, that would be the Church of England, protestant. there is seperation of church and state in uk ( to a degree ). Religion does not rule, human rights etc. Although there are problems there now with Islam.

  Your obviously confused as to the facts. your thinking of Ireland.

  Brits are not Irish. Totally differentcountries, peoples, culture etc.

  You say a large number of people went to northern america to get away form religion ? then then incorporate laws into their statuates that protect religion ? strange. There is a large community of Irish catholics in America.

  Does the Watch tower provide any services ?

  What has the RCC child sex abuse cases got to do with any of this topic ?

  RC does charity and good works and provides services in communities, as do many other churches organisations. which is why they get charity reg and tax break considerations.

  Are these valid questions or are you just nit picking for the sake of it ?

  oh gosh, lol, gonna take a bit of going through that is, leave it for later. lol.

  quick note. evil in nature. not sure. but.

  with domestic animals. they are generally, by their very nature, non aggressive or nasty. but sometimes you do come across a bad un, that has a bad streak, meanness.

  if you google artic fox trials russia. it will show you a process a breeding program where they bred the wildness out of the foxes. the foxes became more domestic dog like in their nature. also coat changes. and tail changes.

  Oh I 'get you'. no, no. We were previously discussing this. the 24 elders.

  I would be inclined to think that they have very special qualities, if they are '' first fruits of the earth, gifts to God''. Which is what got me on this train of thought originally. Also there are only 24, which I think gives further emphasis of how precious they are. Quality, not quantity.

  When Jesus was resurrected (correct me if I'm wrong, this is from memory

  He was seen with Moses and Isiah ? what would be the symbolic meaning of this.

  there was also reference in the Bible, re; bodies falling out of the tombs. again, significance. otherwise why would it be mentioned.

  Like, Book of enoch, Jubilees, both mentioned, but hidden from us. again. significance.

  My original thoery about the elders being the first fruits from the earth was the elected 'faithful'. From the begiinnig up to the present through to the end times.

  Originally I though Adam wouldn't be included, as he was before Moses and the Law covenant. But Abraham would have to be included, due to the special relationship. And Enoch, God took him. Noah, and thus Adam would now also be considered as well. first faithful, first martyr.

  And then down through the ages, so on so forth throughout the centuries down to today.

  Surely if the 24 elders were 'first fruits' from the earth, it wouldn't just mean those that came after Jesus. which is what I thought was maybe possible.

  So what I was asking NE was if she had an actual list of the candidates of the 24, including Adam. ( because I'm lazy and don't want to do it, lol )
