Sorry Simon,,, here parents doesn´t not support her in school strike. It´s her own decision. Some of us have a better courage and stand up when we find something that is substantially wrong. Not many of us dare to do that,,,, bur Greta with her Asperger’s syndrome do care. I think we must focus more of what she is telling us. Scientifics have for decades argued that “the climate problems” is far more important then then the “Greta syndrome” … Let us focus on the real problem…climate change

Sadly to say it looks like all of you is looking on “Greta” and focus on her personality as an “Alzheimer”….Thats is philosoficly a “straw man”---- It would be much better if you look at her argument from an empiric scientifically way and try to understand what we already know about climate heath…

"Do you believe that the 'faithful slave' is God's channel of communication?"
by The Fall Guy inif a jw had the nerve to ask me this question, i'd say to them, "you go first.
using only scriptural proof, show me why you believe that the wtbts/ccojw is god's choice and i'll tell you if i agree with your scriptural reasoning.".
wait for the silence and the rabbit in the headlights moment.. i searched on the wt cd rom for references of "channel of communication.".

This is a really odd discursion. It is a circle reasoning about the beard of the prophet. Why…
Because, there are no God,s…because there are no wholly books..
All religions are like homeopathies, astrology, and horoscopes

I am so sorry for your loss. I think I know your feelings. Our Lab was put asleep 2 years ago. His name was Ludde (short for Luddonium, Vulgaris, Brutalis, Bestialis, Royalis) He also became 14 years. The two last months he didn´t even tried to follow me in my daily walk in our forest. He looked at me with his very sad brown eyes, and tried to explain that his legs could carry him and that I should have to carry him on my back if I wanted to take him with me. Now we are looking for a successor, If anything can supersede our Ludde….

Fact is that Trump during election time loved wikileaks…. In the latest interview he didn´t even know that wikileaks existed as an organization. Could it possibly be so that he suffer from dementia ?

Yes you are quite right about ”western countries generally”, especially Scandinavian Countries and the Netherlands. For us it is quite funny to hear all of those “running for presidency” absolutely and obligatory must declare that “they have a faith in God” and especially that they are “true Christian”. (Bush, Trump and more). The habit of swearing an oath with your hands on the Bible in court and other places…..This is truly double standard… "the American way"

Climate Change - True Believer or Skeptic?
by Simon inclimate change ... who doesn't believe it?
crazy fools and science deniers ... right?.
it seems like it's become the new religion, the new orthodoxy, that must be accepted and believed as gospel and preached to all.. is it ok to be skeptical?.
