last night at the gas pump i had a verbal , emotional outburst , swearing to no one in particular - just the gas pump , until i saw 2 guys at the island down from me - so i figured i'd let it rip !
frustration over these insanely rising gas prices finally took it's toll on even -keeled mr. flipper !
i started my rant , wanting these guys feedback , " what is it with these #ucking gas prices ?
I'm glad. Gas needs to go to $10 / gallon. Until there is discomfort or disruption there will be no change. We need to change to energy sources that are controlled by us and that are non polluting.
But another question:
Everyone is so upset with the oil companies. They do not set the price of oil. The price of oil is a function of the free market. So are you pissed off with the free market then? Should we have a communist or a socialist system?
if i am going to send a disassociation letter, i am wondering which hounder to send it to.
i know there is no mailboxes at the kingdumb hell, so any letters that get sent there would end up dead mail.
and i know that one does not send them to the washtowel slaveholdery.

coming out of the witnesses like many here with no university education, it's been a little difficult at times to know how to make a decent living.. since being disfellowshipped, for asking way too many difficult questions of the elders, i've found myself becoming more and more immersed in making money online.. perhaps you do the same?.
or on the other hand, perhaps you too are struggling to understand how you too, could make a decent living online?.
it seems to me, that this could be an awesome opportunity for some here involved in the business of making money online, to help fellow exwitnesses and others too, become more acquainted with some of the methods used to generating an ideal situation to earning for themselves more income.. of course, this can be a very confusing area for some people to understand and/or get to grips with.. so this got me to thinking this afternoon, how many of us here could help our fellow posters out.. my first question then is - if you are already making money online, how do you do it?

I am an elder. I work on the service desk at Bethel and I am currently monitoring this board to find all elders who are a threat to the organization and will affect our organization in adverse ways. Farkel also works here with me but he is currently on vacation at Beth Sarim getting some much needed spiritual food as reading these boards every day have hurt his spirituality.

Solution: Welcome to the internet.
Think about a cascaded MLM type operation.
Each congregation get's a congregation admin account. This account is used to communicate with the society, download the latest literature, report field service, SETUP sub-accounts for each publisher or interested person.
Each person can update their field service numbers, print tracts (yes all FS in the future is based upon tracts - short 4 page pdf documents).
By going virtual it also allows the organization to be "portable" in case the work is ever banned in one country or another. It also enables them to become lawsuit proof in others.
This is an idea that can be very practical for them. Who wants to bet me that they will have this in the next 8 years?

anyway, to my question...
Sory please don't take my first part of the response the wrong way BUT:
It's a silly question actually. Here is why:
First in the 1989 WT (Sept 1 page 19 para 7) the WTBS claims that ONLY Witnesses in Jehovah's Organization will be spared.
Now with that background let's ask: "Why has Jehovah no brought an end to this system of things already?"
Then the JWs will quote 2 Peter 3 with the same question and state that God doesn't want any to be destroyed but all to attain everlasting life (including ths in China and India you ask about). Therefore JWs claim that these have to be preached to.
BUT does this make any sense at all? Let's play a little numbers game:
1. There are 6 millions JWs still living (therefore 6 million who would make it through if the end came today).
2. There are 6 BILLION other worldly people still living.
The world population growth rate is close to 1.2% (includes those being born as well as those dying). But for simplicity sake let's use a 1% growth rate and exclude deaths (all in favor of WT side of the argument as you will see). That means there will be 60 million newborn babies this year!!! That is 10 times the total number of JWS.
So if the end came a year from now and the JWs increased their regular 2-3% then they would add 120,000 new members. AND Jehovah would kill 60 million new born babies under 1 year of age!!!!
So what loving God is going to kill 60 million babies to save 120,000 adults?
The longer he lets it go the bigger of a killer he gets every day.

There is one omission/inaccuracy.
It is not in paragraph 7 where the WT says that only Jws will survive. That is a quote from the 1989 Watchtower.
