  it's been 12 years since i first read ray franz's books and the scales came off my eyes.

  by that time i was in my forties.. since 2002 i went back to school and have worked with 3 very professional organizations.

  but my biological clock is ticking away and while my peers are looking forward to retirement, i am only beginning.

  I've had dyed-in-the-wool, Yes, I'll drink Kool-aid, thank you, JWs tell me they thought his talk was "over-the-top," "just his opinion," "very bizarre," "what was he thinking?" and other epithets that show that even fully indoctrinated JWs think that loser has gone off-the-rails.

  She successfully poisoned the minds of both of our kids.

  This is a weird editorial.

  As much as I think the religion of JWs is a cult, it is true that they have fought for and won some important rights in the area of freedom of religion and free speech.

  It's still a cult!

  On the other hand, I think that a convicted criminal has to accept the fact that they have lost certain of their rights. Them's the consequences.

  The right for public safety is greater then personal freedom in respects to known felons, particularly in reference to pedophiles.

  My Definition of TTATT: Realizing that the WTBTS are not what they pretend to be. It is an organization run my hypocrites and liars that only want your money and your blind obedience. God ain't got nothin' to do with it.

  There are a lot of other details, but they all support my thesis.

  i've tried taking the slow, patient approach with my wife.

  i believe i first posted here about 13 months ago about my wife.. we've always had good communication and could talk endlessly about philosophy, neuroscience, sociology and then when i learned the ttatt, i clammed up a bit about spiritual things.

  i'd always been fairly liberal, suggesting other alternative ideas, but then i told my wife about the un/ngo scandal (i ran across the guardian story doing a talk as an ms, lol!

  "of course,a close relationship will not last if one person does all the talking.
