"If the elders on a judicial committee do not discern that the person is truly repentant, then he must be disfellowshipped." - w2015, 5/15, p. 30, paragraph 1.
So, if the elders are not "discerning," then a person "must be disfellowshipped."
Well I guess it sucks to be you if the elders in your congregation are "not discerning."
