  according to a jw contact, one of the speakers at the regional conventiontm stated that "for evolution to be true, two of the same kind would have had to evolve at the same time; one would have to be male and the other would have to be female, and then they would have to find each other".

  apparently the crowd had a good laugh over how evolutionists overlook such a simple "fact".. i mentioned that bacteria and viruses use asexual reproduction, and that many sea creatures / fish, etc.

  are hermaphrodite and do not require a sexual partner to produce offspring.. oddly enough, the conversation stopped there.

  Actually that is more or less true regarding sexual reproduction. But there is nothing surprising or challenging about the above statement if you understand how evolution works and the time frames involved. Without intending to, the speaker referenced in the OP unwittingly expressed his agreement with the theory of biological evolution.

  We are evolving all of the time.

  one they new it was contaminated back a few years ago so why move your headquarters there?

  The GB are the Executive Head Chefs, the Helpers that actually write the material are the Sous-chefs and the people that run the printing presses and do the website design, layout and production are the line cooks.

  I'm not sure what you'd call the people in the video production department. The bakers? I know the guy that writes a lot of their recent music, including "The Singing Literature Cart" is Danny Baker, so that's probably appropriate.
