What's with all the JWs unleashing the hate!?
by Julia Orwell inmost of us here on jwn, while we can get a bit narky at times, can put forth intelligent arguments and sound observations.
sure we can get bogged down with our opinions, but generally we back up our opinions with examples and evidence, and if someone has a different opinion with examples and evidence, we accept that without recriminations.
that's what adults do.. so my question is, why in the last week or so, have a couple of posters claiming to be jws come onto this forum and berated, spewed hate and judgement, and in some cases verbally attacked members personally?

Just saying that most people don't want to hear the TTATT until they seek it out. I believe that most JWs see ALL attempts to "help" them see the real truth as ploys of Satan. Only after they "wake up" will they Look Listen Act. I didn't say be lazy, I said be smart let them find it then help. Can you make a fish get on your hook? Oh and I have no problems with my head or actions "I am who the hell I am"!!!! LoL.

President Obama should stay as nuetral as possible, probably should say nothing, but has already inserted his thoughts. Al Sharpton should just shut his mouth he is a true black racist and everyone knows it. The judicial system worked and gave a verdict so the crybabies should just stop crying. If they want to help a cause for blacks all of them should go to Chicago and help stop black men from killing black men. Oh wait, that doesn't get enough press now does it.

what i have realized studying JWs,the bitter truth
by spirituk inwell, i have been studying jws religion ,my cousin is a jw and i have visited him a lot of times.i have watched his way of living and things like that.i have been at the district convention last week.i read so many things from both sides.i came to the conclusion that if someone believes god exists then it is so easy and he should be a jehovah's witness.sadly its true and that is why so many people are and every year they baptised even more.. stories about jws reducing?wrong.. facing problems?
false.. everybody in the convention had an ipad ,iphones etc with the bible in it.

I don't post here often but you really need to dig deeper and investigate this. I know some one who is 92 yrs old waited all there life for the big A and is just figured out that 72 yrs of service was a huge waste of time. The wake-up call was...... please give us all your land holdings and homes and cars and CD's before you pass away. NO was the answer...... then tough love began. OH MY Sister Gotrocks is giving it to her children and not the society. She has lost her?????? No....... she woke up and relized all they wanted was her money to put these snot-nosed lazy little door knockers in other countries to lie to the natives. Just my take on this........ sad part I had to join the idiots to protect the assets. It was still quite hard to convince her that this was really wrong (at first). LOOK READ UNDERSTAND Just my humble opinion.

Thanks for the great article and info. The very question you are answering is the one my wife and I became stuck on last year after the annual meeting. We asked 2 elders to explain this "new line of old thinking" and they both failed miserably. So we began searching ourselves and found more information on the internet than we ever found from the society. Keep up the good work!!!!

2002 Road King custom paint, Bud lite blue with ghost flames. She's an old girl but so are we and Ole' Blue just purrs real nice to (thanks to Vance and Hines pipes). What kind of iron horse do you ride? My wife's eyesight is all but gone now so we might have to move to a Can Am soon, so this could be the last year for the old girl. I hope not and Nan says it's ok, she must have nerves of steel. We rode to AR last year thinking about an East Coast jont this year. Maybe NC,SC,WV,KY,TN. Have'nt rode the Dragon Tail for a couple years now.
