Watch Tower did not purchase the copyright to the new fonts used in the 2013 revision of the "New World Translation". Those specific fonts (ClearType, Knoll and Mulberry) were reportedly designed by Witness type designers at the Japanese Bethel, so Watch Tower owns the fonts right from the start. ClearType (the font in the Bible text) has also Cyrillic and Greek support, Knoll and Mulberry have only Latin glyphs available (as of 2015).
