  Kind of reminds me of the Trinity......3 beings in one......achieving "oneness".

  I agree, unity is more appropriate term. Oneness is strange cult-lingo if you ask me.

  What did you become after leaving Jehovah's Witnesses?

  hey guys,.

  so, since my leaving i have been doing so much research on so many topics that it's been extremely enlightening.

  not only have i learned a lot about the organization and what motivates it, but i have also learned a lot about the bible, god and most importantly, myself.. currently, i'm not quite sure where i stand, but i'm having some real issues with the bible and god.

  i met a coworker at my work who was even more commited to his religion then almost anybody i had seen in the jw mids yet.

  whenever we went for lunch, he would do a little prayer first, he didnt care if anybody would take notice of him.

  he does not curse, never!

  it took a few years but i finally decided to join yesterday.

  my background, born-in, still go to meetings for family reasons, i am inactive however.

  if you were to ask when i first woke up i would say 2010 with the overlapping generation garbage.

  Welcome! Wow.....you actually made those admissions to an Elder, and haven't gotten invited to a Judicial Committee yet? You really do live in a liberal Congregation......that, or the Elder himself has the same doubts and is maybe even "awake" like you?

  Mormons and Scientologists also have websites.....better than the JW's actually. The Heaven's Gate Cult were probably the first to have a website.....they killed themselves in hopes of being transported up to the Hale-Bopp comet. Was that God's backing as well? Crazy, crazy reasoning.

  in the february jw broadcasting they show anthony morris the iii out witnessing with his wife during a convention.

  she is wearing the convention badge and also a badge with sophia & caleb on it.

  i find it very amusing and she is not even a grandmother even though they like to portray am as a grandfather.. here's what their 1990 w 12/1 says about movie stars.

  In the latest WatchTower, where we get to read front and center about AMIII's life story (first pages, BTW), he clearly mentions that his wife worked in Laundry while he worked in the Service Department. I'm not saying she still does, but he clearly states that she did.

  I would LOVE for AMIII to ring my doorbell. Or better yet, that dufos Lett! OMG.......I would have a field day with these clowns.....their jaws would be on the floor!

  Saudi Arabia is oil producer #1. Everyone kisses their asses and let's them get away with murder in order to stay in their good graces and favour so that they can get oil. It's all about the black gold. If not for the oil, Saudi Arabia would still be living in the dark ages like Afghanistan, instead of driving gold-plated Bentley's.

  @ 3:30 Lett states in greedy sort of Freudian slip, "God wants us to make deposits, NOT withdrawls........"

  What unbelievable gall !!! As usual, give us all your money to benefit the "oneness" of our bank accounts, hedge funds, and perpetual construction projects.

  Also, this entire talk about "oneness" is complete Cult-speak. Further along in the video, he completely tries to downplay ones on civil and personal rights as being selfish and self-centered. JW's are to slave and serve the borg, period! He even mentions personal grooming and dress! Don't dare speak up if the Elders (or TOMO III) tell you go shave your goat-tee or not wear tight pants! How dare you show individuality, and not the spirit of "one-ness".

  This entire talk angered me in the extreme. It is bat-sh*t crazy, complete lunacy and filled with cult-speak and an attempt to brainwash people out of their individuality, God-given right to free speech, thought, and freedom.

  The new and improved JW dot Org doesn't want Christians, they want OBEDIANT WORKERS who are just smart enough to be able to parrot the company motto and push a literature cart, but dumb enough to hand over free thought and every last moment of free time and money to the collective "oneness."

  And as far as the child abuse and pedophilia? SHUT UP APOSTATES! You are making us look bad!

  it was recently that i found out that my dad was a paedophile while reading a post on this site (shocker to say the least), but out of something so awful a good thing has occurred.

  some on here will know my backstory about how my loving jw parents disowned, but i digress.

  thanks to that post i am now in contact with my sister who unbeknown to me is a member of this site and saw my response on the thread about my dad.

  Let me get this straight; BOTH your sister and yourself were molested by a MS in your congregations when you were little, but NOT by your Elder father? Then, Elder father tosses son out on his ass and doesn't speak to him for 10 years? Then, Elder father molests his own granddaughter?

  That MS molesting you 2 absolutely can NOT be a coincidence. I would bet all of the WT's money that both the Elder father and MS molester were in a child pedophile ring and were "sharing" victims. The Elder father allowed the MS access to his children, and I highly suspect the MS allowed the Elder access to his other "victims" for practice. The Elder father really had his routine down and was confident before he moved on to his own offspring, which was a crime of convenience and of no consequence to him.

  I hope this sick, twisted, evil, sadistic, monster is paired in jail with a big, buff, monster of a man-rapist who takes to the Elder father, and shows him the most intimate social graces of the penal system. Every night. After lights out.

  I don't know what's worse; the victimization of multiple generations of one family, or the incredible flat out GALL of the Congregation and relatives whom actually stick up and tried to cover for this disgusting waste of human skin. I hope this family removes the other relatives from their lives, move away from the area, and suit the WTBTS for every pound sterling they can get out of them. What an incredible story.
