God Bless America! F*ck the antiquated money-grubbing monarchy!!! After seeing how vicious those inbred hypocrites act (especially with the whole Diana thing) I'm perpetually turned off to the British Monarchy. As for Great Britain itself, love ya! I only wish Scotland would have had the balls beneath it's Kilt to secede from the teet of the Monarchy forever, with Ireland right behind it!!!! The Monarchy: Enslaving the working class (serfs, peasants) and owning all of the land, and conquering foreign lands in order to rape them of their natural resources for thousands of years! **GAG** I'm so happy a Chinese firm bought of the Rover & Jaguar brands and has actually removed the electrical gremlins that have haunted British automobiles from their inception! ^^^ I'd like to point out that even the Seventh Day Adventists have largely pushed off the old E.G. White prophetic nonsense and dates (1874), in favour of modernization and have tried to stick to a more laid-back approach. At least that's what I'm seeing. Yes, they still use WT'esq type doomsday literature (creepy and weird, just like WT literature), but at least you can celebrate holidays and your birthday. Sometimes I wish my parents had been recruited into SDA's instead of JW's. At least then I'd have been encouraged to go to college and eat healthy.

one of the elders schools i attended, we dealt with a person who touched a girls breast and covered it up and kept it secret until it was revealed through a source.

the instructor first laid the ground work for a guilt trip.

he read this scripture;.

They took that scripture out of the Bible? That is really f*cked up. No way I'd ever even consider this cult again. Totally whack! And you just know they took that scripture out so as to justify their judgmental attitudes.

soooo...i have recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and am scared out of my mind.

in a weak moment, i called my parents and my mom answered.

i start crying as i tell her about my disease, and this woman says to me:.

Let their "spiritual children" and "loving Congregation" take care of them.

I love the guilt trip about "Stumbling others." That is such a huge manipulative guilt trip.

Question; where does "personal accountability" come into play? As in, people shouldn't be so f*cking stupid in the first place as to let others "stumble" them before the Almighty God? We are all judged as individuals, so individual accountability has to come into play at some point.

Trying to hold your families lives out over your head for how you judge others as Elders is really f*cked up and sick, and just screams "Cult." Wow! So glad I never went out for that team. **GAG**

London Bethelites Are Agitated!

a source has informed me that a relative who's in london bethel has said that a number of bethelites there are very uncomfortable and embarrassed because the branch has received "quite a few letters" querying why members of the governing body were wearing flashy rings and jewellery on some of the monthly broadcasts, but on the broadcast when the g.b.

asked for more money from the congregations - their gold and jewellery was not on display!.

will probably emerge one day wearing sackcloth, begging for yet more donations..

I am 36. I was 4 years old when the May 1984 WT came out with the "Generation of 1914" old timers on the cover. Every single one of them is dead. David Splane nor any of those other simpletons can erase the past that I grew up in, that I was raised in, that was INDOCTRINATED IN. It is forever embedded in my mind, even at such a young age. Bullsh*t convoluted logic such as this will not force me to forget the urgency in which I grew up in. The urgency was THEN (the 1969-1995 period), and is NOT now. Now it is all so pathetic and sad to watch.

What makes me sad is that the "generation" of teenagers and 20-somethings right now - today, know absolutely nothing of that level of urgency. It's all JW dot Org TV and manipulative Caleb & Sophie videos and easy-as-pie cart witnessing. They really have no clue what for false hope we were sold in the 1970's thru 1995. No clue, they were born after. Just as I had no clue about 1975, 1925, etc, etc. That is, until I started looking on the internet in 1999. Thank God for the internet and the expansion of knowledge, the uncovering of frauds.

so i posted earlier in the year that one of my son's friends is a jw.

he can never do anything on wednesdays because it's a meeting night.

same for sunday early afternoons.

ANY extra-curricular activities were forbidden was I was growing up. (I'm 36) Here are the end-all, be-all buzzkill reasons that would squash any such forbidden thoughts of kid participation:

- Bad Association

- Spirit of competitiveness (from Satan)

- Worldly Association

- Risk of injury

- Promotes boasting and a feeling of pride (can't have that!)

- Brings undue attention to yourself, instead of Jah's Organization

- Bad association spoils useful habits! (Gag me with a spoon!)

- Did I mention the worldly people?

- That is time that could be spent saving lives in the "Field Ministry".

Wow......what a spiritual "smothering" your wife is being subjected to. Basically, it's spiritual abuse. Those two need to find a new hobby project, and stop harassing your wife. That level of constant "up in yo' business", is not acceptable to me.
