  Dont Give Them More Power Than They Deserve

  a new montra that was recently adopted by the wife and i is this:.

  dont give them more power than they deserve.. here's why i say that, and i point this to those of you still in the congregation, still trying to decide what you want to do.. recently, our family had a little family reunion gathering of sorts, and we were in the company of some extended family that were either df or da, to varying degrees.

  we made it very clear, to any and all in attendance, that we wanted to be respectful and kind, despite any previous perceptions about our "status".... and that our feelings on a lot of things had "softened", and "changed" over the last 2 years.. i am being purposefully slightly vague, but i think you get the point.

  So let me get this straight: They don't have time to call the police to report child molesters, but they have time to call you up about a private, family party, to try and berate and guilt you into - what, exactly?

  Those Elders are petty douchebags who are trying to impose some sort of police state mentality among their subservient flock. Since when are THEY the "Masters of your faith"? Since never.

  Their behaviour about a private family function, is quite frankly appalling. I'd point blank ask them who the hell they think they are calling you up about ANY of it? Freakin' asshats!

  the wife of my friend (the one i call gayxjw) had ancestors from there.. back in the 19th century a lot of people came from all over the world to look for gold.

  among them there were many chinese.

  they were often very organised, bringing baby pigs on the ships from china, seeds and seedlings for gardens they planned to start, etc.

  Since the events of 9/11, the USS Cole Bombing, the bombing of the US embassy in Kenya, the "Death to America" chants from Iran, the Palestinians (and Islam as a whole) wanting to kill every Jew (and infidel) on earth, the Paris attacks, Bali, Mali, Al Qeada, ISIL, beheadings of innocents, raping of women and children, women and children being sold as slaves and property, and the list goes on and on........

  I quite frankly, don't give a flying f*ck about that backwards, mid-evil, f*cked up cult known as "Islam". So despised is "the religion of peace" now, that even USA and Europe are unwilling to take refugees from Syria who are fleeing - who? Other Muslims. Shove that religion in the annals of barbaric history past.

  last sunday i visited a hall to see a friend.

  the brother giving the talk spent the first 20 minutes talking about how bad the world is and then the next 10 minutes he pointed out how god's kingdom is the answer.

  one thing he mentioned is all of the millions of starving children in the world and how the money that we spend on just a few bombs that are dropped in the wars could feed thousands of children.

I'll never forget your story of being tossed out on your ass when you most needed assistance, and you were a Gilead Missionary ta boot! Your treatment really speaks volumes as to the "Christian Love", that those self-righteous poseurs have. Who would stick around after that abuse? Not me (I had enough to last me a lifetime) and certainly not you.

  i don't have all the details of their new "service year" numbers, but i have read enough on jwn to state my opinion pretty strongly.. memorial attendance for 2015 was down.while they kept saying they were going to build a bunch of new kingdom halls, and everybody is still in recovery from watchtower taking all the local money away, they say pretty much that there isn't enough money to build new kingdom halls.putting gb members on the videos at jw .

  org has allowed people to really put a face and personality to these guys and remove the mystery of how they should be such deeply spiritual serious men.

  instead they see silly thoughts about tight pants and, really everything that comes out of lett's mouth is delivered ultra-goofy, along with the money reports.. the gb lost credibility a little more with every new light that shone down, with the strangest one being "overlapping generation.
