I'm on Reddit every day of the week. Hemorrhoid Evans is rarely if ever mentioned, and the moment an unsuspecting Newbie references his videos they are quickly clued into what's he done by people posting links explaining his horrible behaviour, video confession, this thread, etc.
Just like WatchTower has Stephen Lett as their Clown, the ex-JW's have Evans as our Clown. Both are total embarrassments that both sides wish they'd never seen in front of a camera.

I really, truly, did NOT need to hear all about Cedars sexual preferences and fetishes above. Man, was that shit in his book? (I never read that trash) It's hard to believe someone would put all that out there in print for the world to see.

this afternoon i drove by an old hall i attended ( barrington illinois) and noticed that it had been sold, it is now an adventist .

church !

now here is my drive-home thinking.. back in the 80's when i attended i was newly married, and had a young child.

Remember this: The Elduhzzzz don't get that money from the sale of the Kingdom Halls, nope! Not one red cent. It ALL goes back to WT HQ, "Mother." The Congregation doesn't see a cent for all of their hard work and sacrifice. WT stole all the property several years ago now, they own it ALL! And they don't give 2 shits about it being dedicated to Jehovah, or pure worship, or anything else. What WT HQ cares about is $$$$$.

I've heard from several sources now that indeed, a midweek Meeting annoucement about TOMO3 no longer being on the Governing Body will be tacked onto the normal announcements this week. I'm sure it'll be as vague and nondescript as the JW website was. Like a typical bland business restructuring memo, which is what WatchTower is and always was, a BUSINESS.

the jws i know (which admittedly are more liberal than most) are suddenly into prepping to one degree or another.

some have simply assembled "go bags" with basic common sense supplies in case they need to bug out in the event of a natural disaster and others seem to be seriously into it, almost to the degree to which mormons are.

FYI: These "go-bags" are not some JW invention at all. The US Government has been encouraging citizens to do just this, in preparation for any sort of natural disaster.
JW Leadership just picked up on it and ran with it. Kind of like the "Food Boxes" Trump put out for the needy during the height of COVID. The GB actually took credit for those! They had the Elduhzzzzz round them up, then distribute them to the needy in the Congregation and told them that it was from WT HQ. Cause, ya know, "Jehovah Provides!" They are a total con!
