Man, whoever gets to be a "Missionary" in the Canary Islands, is freakin' lucky! That's practically paradise already, 2nd only to Hawaii. A former JWD regular member lives there. The photos they share with me are beautiful, and their lives have gotten so much better since moving there. They had to learn Spanish, but other than that their lives are fantastic. -

Australian Jehovah's Witnesses are ignorant of the Australian Royal Commission
by stuckinarut2 inmany here have asked how the average witness in australia is taking the news of the arc findings and conclusions.. is it affecting them?.
sorry to say, hardly any are even aware of the facts.
those that are, have been convinced that all the publicity is "apostate lies and satanic propaganda".

OMG, that pic of the newspaper at that location is EPIC !!!!!!!! Share that on the ex-JW Reddit forum and everywhere else! Awesome! Awesome too, is the large, in-your-face BOLD print of that large headline! I bet JW's across Sydney are gasping in horror at such a sight. Only the most deluded and dumbest would be able to skip past it without reading it! Wow!!!!!

So Nathan wants to put the blame back upon the WT's victims. Sound familiar? So you sent them $1000.00, did you? You Sir, are a sucker!
I'm calling it: WT Org has gotten to these people and are paying them off to keep the book UN-published. When you take away all other possibilities, whatever is left must be the answer. No reason for it to have gone on so long. It's total BS. Let the flood of PDF's infiltrate down thru the internet forums. I don't give a flying fart.

The level of denial the JW's live in can only be compared to that of Scientologists and Mormons. Total denial, head in sand, claims of "grandiose Apostate lies."
These people are whacked in the head.

Hello! I really feel for you and your sibling. I was in a similar position 10 years ago. My mother also required a liver transplant, due to complications from Alpha-1. I, as her son, went thru the screening process to be a "live partial liver donor." I was a match, but unfortunately my liver had some fatty deposits, and I was disqualified. She was put onto the list, in the one territory of Virginia. In America, we have University Hospitals that specialize in bloodless surgery. University of Pittsburgh is one, University of Virginia (Charlottesville) is another. My mother received her much needed liver transplant from a deceased organ donor whom died in a car crash. However, even though she was in relatively good health, the liver never really functioned properly, and after 3 months of complications she passed away, never having left the UVa hospital. So trust me when I tell you: I've been there. Now let me tell you something else that the UVa doctors and nurses told me, my mother, etc in private. She was an RN as well, but also a recently "awake" JW. Anyway, the specialists told us down in Virginia that yes, they do the transplant as "bloodless" as is humanly possible, but that it's nearly impossible to get all the blood out. (like a steak, really) Also, they told us something else that was absolutely shocking; that 90% of JW's that came to UVa for the so-called "bloodless" transplant, had their blood previously stored to be used in the procedure, and that also they accepted other blood when needed from the blood supply. Let that sink in: 90% of JW's accepted blood when their lives were on the line. Guess what? When my mother need packed plasma, etc....she GOT IT. The symbol of life was not meant to be more important than the very life itself. I don't regret signing off on it one bit. Neither did she, as an RN or as a kinda-still believing JW. She wasn't going to risk her life for an ever-changing policy on blood. Remember, fractions had been banned at one, and in the 1970's, organ transplants were considered "cannibalism" and a DF'ing offense! Imagine how many people died from that asinine policy, needlessly! If you want to talk more with me, you may PM me. I hope things work out better for your sibling.

"Brexit? What's that?"
by schnell inhaving shared the arc report on facebook and shaken up my network of jw friends, uhhh... i am now learning how unfortunately ignorant they have become.
so far the overall response to the report has shown that well enough, but it got worse.. a friend of mine moved to the uk from california a few years back.
after he saw my post, he pmed me, essentially checking up to see if i'm alright.

@ Simon:
Actually, this US election had a record turnout, the most of any US election ever. Just because the electoral college didn't go the way you saw fit, doesn't mean we're all living in a shell down here. And I'll be the first to admit: I'd rather have Trump over Hillary, and Democratic wife agrees! However, I will also be the first to admit that I feel the electoral college should be disbanded, and election decided on popular, majority vote. I don't feel it right or fair that the person with the most votes losses the election. That was fine back in the 17-1800's when electoral colleges were supposed to represent the slaves and uneducated, but those times are OVER. Whether I like it or not, Hillary Clinton SHOULD be President of the USA, based upon majority, popular vote.

I'd also like to point out, that in addition to TOMO III's showy display of jewelry above, he is also brazenly wearing the colour purple. Since when is that acceptable on a heterosexual JW male? Seriously, that's about equal to wearing pink! What's next TOMO da Homo? Tight pants? You naughty, naughty boy!!

Oh, and that pic above from a recent WatchTower.......F*CKING DISGUSTING!
Empty fridge = Sad Grandma.
Giving your last nickle to the WTBTS, even though you're starving? = Happy Grandma.
How much more blatant and "brazen" can they get? Hey, someone's gotta pay for TOMO III's gold Rolex watch, gold rings, and gold cuff links on French cuffed dress shirts.
F' the old ladies! The Son of Man didn't have a pillow to rest His head upon, but I'm better than that!

Know what I'd like to see? The Branch actually send some money BACK to local congregations to help with the needy, poor, elderly, & sick. You know, like a fine Shepherd should be doing? Like the "Charity" they constantly profess to be?
Ha! Hahahahaha! Like THAT will ever happen! This corporation is such a money-grubbing parasite upon it's members that it's not even funny. Yet NO ONE seems to notice! Everyone is too brain dead and programmed to OBEY all direction, no matter how illogical from a human standpoint. What a farce and total racket they've got going.
