  can anyone recommend a good website monitor program that will alert me when changes are made?

  has to work on microsoft windows xp.

  i got wind that a very important jw apologist - greg stafford - has left the jws and started his own group.

  is this true?.

  but it doesn't mean i'm not curious.

  i heard from jw rumors many years ago that entertainers such as john denver and gloria estefan didn't like jws very much.

  i simply accepted the info at the time and moved on.

  i'm just wondering if any of this is true or is just unsubstantiated babble.. i'm also curious if any of you know of how other celebreties weighed-in on the subject of jws either pro or con.

  Need help to blow-off the elders

  i guess i've been away too long, the local circuit overseer is coming, or the local circuit overseer has come by already and got on the elders' backs.

  i got word from a relative that the elders would like to meet with me for a shepherding call.

  i guess to 'help' me go back to the meetings.. i need adivce on how to blow them off for the year.

  let me toss this up and see if anyone has an answer.. recall the rubberstamp handwriting that serves as the 'signature' in the bottom of all wts correspondence?

  anyone knows the history of this sloppy handwriting?

  does anyone know why alaska and hawaii are considered their own "countries" in wts statistics?

  how come they can't be grouped with the usa statistics?.

  WTS and ISBN

  i've been curious about something.

  anyone has speculation or fact why the wts doesn't register their books with the isbn?

  (www.isbn.org) every book worth anything carries an isbn number.
