  Everyone here has valid points, they may not be broke but selling properties cutting back tells me they need cash. I think the bigger picture is they are not retaining people or signing them up like before. Religion is drying up and they are trying to shore up their company. The internet is killing off belief in the Bible, so is science, archeology etc.

  in italy selling assembly halls.. the managers are deciding which assembly halls keep continuing to use them for the assemblies, and assembly halls which sell the best buyer.

  If their selling assembly halls a source of money for them then they truly do have money problems and the cult doesn't have the active members they claim at least not paying ones.

  Raised since about age 5, baptized in 1990, wasnt spirtual but a believer till 2012 got spiritual, then woke up left in 2013

  according to ttdtt post I was correct I think? So maybe the reason their broke or cash poor is they we're unable to sell this property back in 2013, deal fell through. If this is true, then again it would explain one of the many reasons their cash poor and shutting down projects.

  where are all these kingdom halls that were going to start being built?

  the rbc arrangement was officially announced as an arrangement that was ending in the united states branch territory in a letter on january 24, 2014 (although this letter is no longer listed on jw.org).

  this means that 23 months have passed since the announcement of the ldc taking over and "acceleration" of kingdom hall builds.. what has happened in the meantime with kh construction?

  They used the kh program and world wide work to steal all the money from the congregations, now that they have it all there is no desire to give any back. The pledge program probably isn't working as well as they had hoped so they will have to come up with another way to get the rank and file to pay for any knew khs etc. Plus let's not forget there is no real growth outside third world countries so there no need for any new halls.

  She maybe the greatest person in the world but this religion will make her and you miserable in time. If you we're to marry her in a few years you will be expected to live in ignorance, become a slave to the religion, be poor, destroy your future and your kids future all the while waiting around for a paradise and a promise to live forever that will never come. You have one life to live and only one, don't waste it for anyone!
