  I think the writtings of Paul come from other sources like Philo and others . Many people say Paul was an imaginary character modeled after people like Saul of Tarsis and again his writtings were from other people. Experts have already deduced that half of the biblical writings attributed to Paul are forgeries.

  Its amazing when you study heavily like your doing how most of the stuff in the Bible is not original to the Bible and it’s characters. Even some of the saying attributed to Jesus have been found to have been written many years earlier.

  Blondie has the right idea, they’ll just structure it as some kind of expense and then claim it’s easiest to pay it each month if each person just contributes a certain amount. The amount will be small to make easy for the rank and file to agree then it will go up each and every year.

  just happened across this interesting web site on google maps and found an interesting story of how one scammer was getting money from the elderly and supposedly leaving it to the wt.

  seems like every day i run across a story iv never heard of before!

  Truth b known, what country are you in? There was a JW in the hall I grew up in that robed gas and sips as he traveled, he was a truck driver. I also think he was a child molester of his own daughters. He finally confessed to the elders he was a robber and they encouraged him to turn himself into the police.

  Phizzy your so right Russell was nothing more then a plagiarist all right! He didn’t come up with an original idea just stole it all. But in all reality almost everything the WT has come up with is also from others even 1975 was stolen from Armstrong.

  Getting Remarried after a spouses death & then they are resurrected after Armageddon ?

  hi guys .

  i was wondering about the above , if a jw is allowed to remarry if a spouse has died, then what happens when they are resurrected at armageddon, do u land up with two wives/husbands ,,,,,,, makes no sense to me & can the jw's be so dumb not to think about this or have i got it wrong ?

  and i will not be asking my uber jw husband , don't have the energy.. thanks.

  Great tribulation

  you've likely heard all this before, but i had to laugh (silently) at the public talk today.. he focused on how close we are to the end.

  we're not only in the last days, but we're in "the final part" of the last days.. also, we are nearing "the end of the final part of the last days".

  he didn't read any scriptures backing up how the last days are broken up like this.. i went today since relatives es were visiting, but it was more entertaining than usual.. as well, the gb isn't warning us about armageddon, rather they're mainly warning about the great tribulation, which is "very, very, close!
