Panda's live in a cool climate I also believe great apes live in a cooler climate in Africa. I can't think of a woolly animal living in a topical climate, can you.

I pionted this out to a couple of elders in my hall and boy one of them started getting up set and yelling at me. When I braught out all the mistakes and times the Borg had made towards end times the other one said God did this as a carrat to get people to follow. Face palm. I later was able to get myself out of the mess by stating that in the book of revelations the word year was mentioned with no reguard to what kind of year. I just used this to get myself out of trouble. Lets say I used the same kind of reasoning the Borg uses. -

Great work, by the way what do you think killed so many of these animals off? A sudden drop in temperature, if so caused by what since these animals seemed adapted already to ice age type of conditions.
By the way the water canopy idea comes straight from Babylon yet they reject the older stories of the flood also from Babylon and Sumeria.

I have doubts... can you help me??- A new idea
by HowTheBibleWasCreated ini have been perplexed as to how to brung my wife out of jws and to exit the religion... but i had an idea last night.
i know that elders will legitimantly meet with brothers who have doubts and encourage them... not df them .. this is a sheperding call etc.. thus since my wife knows i have doubt s i could say: i want to have two brother over to discuss this ... she will agree.... of course i will hit these guys with biblical textual issues, an biology to where they are stunned and still ask... "so brothers... can you solve this conflict...?".
in this case they will not think of me as an apostate but may question their own beliefs... .

I wonder if you just started a family study with her, doing it for a while with out any problems then in a few months change to start reading in the bible accounts in the old testament where its ok to have slaves and beat them to death, ok to rape, woman are just property etc. etc. see if that doesn't get her thinking... -

This idea could work but you'll have to plan well. What I mean is the first time an elder came over to speak with me on the subject of who really are Christians the 144k or all of us, my wife was present. He then made a statement that made it seem that I was wrong because I hand not covered that specific point he made in my paperwork. This statement was easily refuted at the next meeting but by then the wife had heard enough at the first meeting to reinforce her beliefs and was no longer present at any of the other meetings. In fact I think they instructed her to remove herself and the kids while we spoke. So you must have all your information ready and be prepared for any thing they may say. It would also be important that she was there and you kept emotion out of it.
Remember one slip up on your part is all it will take to reinforce her beliefs and you'll get no second chances.

I thinks its a lot, they are downsizing so the money will go further. I also think that they realize the monies going to dry up. Religion as a whole is drying up, the internet is killing it. They are having to make adjustments for this reality, so I think the money will go along way for them. -

The Watchtower are Right About Blood...
by cofty in... but, they fail to take note of one important detail.. i believe that if we are going to have any chance of reasoning with a jw about blood, this is the place we need to begin.. don't try to convince them that it was only a dietary law.
it wasn't, and they will never go along with it.. don't tell them that saving a life is more important than obeying a law, even a seemingly trivial one.
they take pride in obedience.

My thoughts on the subject are this, Lev.chapter 17 says that the blood is the symbol of life and to pour it out, out of respect for the animal you killed. By the end of the chapter is says you can eat an unbled animal you didn't kill and would be unclean for doing so only until evening. So this makes it clear that blood is to be poured out as a sign of respect for the life of the animal you killed, that's it period! Everything else on the matter is irrelevant.
People don't die giving blood for a transfusion so it's irrelevant. The JW religion now allows ones to take cows blood, this proves their evil Period!
There's nothing left to discuss!
If one wants to get all technical then consider this, the book of Leviticus was most likely written before the book of Genesis and the writers of the new testament we're just copying and rehashing thoughts from the old testament with out considering what exactly we're the ideas being put accross by the old testament writers. Last but not least the writings attributed by Paul contradict the writings attributed to Jesus and the four Gospels cant even get their stories strait concerning the life and travels of Christ, so burn the damn book written by ancient Talaban types and use some common sense!
And remember, the Gods loved the sweet smell of the savoury scrafice , animals being cooked as a sacrifice by Noah. Genesis. God loved the sweet smell of his sons sacrifice, Ephesians. And they call me Crazy.
