He’s where the millerites got their ideas from and the CT Russell plagiarized his work for his own book The Time at Hand. The reality is that the book of Daniel was not even written when were led to believe it was written.

  jehovah himself gives the saying "the women telling the good news are a large army" psalms 68 : 11 coupled with the fact that a good portion of women partake of the emblems and wine at the annual memorial celebration.. identifying themselves as part of the 144000 that are taken from the earth to rule with christ jesus in the heavens.. isn`t it about time they were recognized for their contributions and given the fact that gods word the bible clearly states that 144,000 of anointed are to be taken from the earth which many women are a large part of.?.

  revelation ch.14 :4 could be argued that they are not lesbians { "these are the ones who do not defile themselves with women ,in fact they are virgins, etc,etc.}.

  i wonder just how many men who claim to be of the anointed have not defiled themselves with women and are virgins.?.

  i was wondering what people think of leah remini's comments on the paul higgins accusations.

  she has said that the 5 women that have accused him of rape and sexual harassment are not to be trusted.

  she says that because 3 of them want to stay anonymous that must mean that they are not accurate statements.

  i was just sent a link to a jewish scholar that apparently he has found 1,000 manuscripts with yehovah and latest discovery is one with vowels that supports the spelling yehovah.

  Let not forget the Jewish scholars had to add vowel points in to the text because the Hebrew language was a joke. This was done if I’m correct about the 10 century AD . That’s a hell of a lot of time after the original writings.

  Lets also not forget that the original writings did not have the Tetragrammaton but the words El or Elohim ( minus the Vowels) . The Tetragrammaton was added later. We are told that was because the massorites felt gods name to holy so they put in its place YHWH or YhVH. This is not accurate because they have found older writings and inscriptions of Yhw or something similar.

  Anyway as most scholars will say the original god of the Jews or Israelites was the Canaanite god El . Then somewhere in history it may have changed from El to another god most likely in the same pantheon of gods as El, one of his created offspring. Well never fully know because all over the world back then gods we’re morphed or assimilated in to other gods.

  2017 provides an image that shows hebrew writing with the statement: “the personal name of god written in ancient hebrew characters appears abundantly in early manuscripts of the bible”.. alongside that image, the awake!

  provides a listing to show “the rendering of ‘god’s name’ in various languages”.. the facts do not support either assertion that the watchtower society makes:.

  Look we’re talking vowel points put into the manuscripts in the 10 century, that’s crazy late. We’re also talking about them messing with a dead language I mean even the Dead Sea scrolls we’re not all written in Hebrew a lot of them were in Greek and Aramaic. Hebrew was a dead language way back, it was like the priests of Rome speaking Latin when everyone else was speaking every other language.

  so, i think i’m going to be df’d, but elders are out of town and no decision has been officially reached.

  what would happen if i sent a certified overnight letter and said that i was going to disassociate before they have their meeting??.

  i know the two conditions are similar, but i’m just curious... dd.

  recently i talked to an elder about this type of witnessing.

  i’ve known him for many years and he is a very honest upright man.

  he marveled at how many people have become baptized in the last couple of years because of cart witnessing.

  Funny sparrowdown, I have a friend that’s recently became a Christian and he went to Africa as a missionary. He was talking about witnessing to ones and how they were converting to Christ right then and there. He later admitted the ones converting so easily were drunk.

  Lol a exjw talked about being one of the first pioneers to help roll out this new cart witnessing. He said later they were talking about all the success at some meeting they had. It came out that they had gotten 8 new members because of this new program. 8 nationwide that is.
