I think Franklin faced some sort of DF action and avoided it by working the legal end and promising to sue each of the elders personally who were involved. I too might do this if needed.

As I have mentioned I'm trying to just fade away, but since I'm involved in the school I just decided to do this thing. This will bring some attention quite likely.
I haven't been to a meeting in close to 2 years.

Well to me there is no question that being hetrosexual is genetic. I don't know why those other people choose at the age of 4 to be gay! Don't they know life is going to be harder and more confusing? Kids!

some used to gloat over a big-shot getting into trouble with the elders or circuit overseer.
or the gossip mill would just be buzzing over seeing someone going into the "backroom" with 2 or 3 elders.....do you remember those days???
In another cong nearby we had a major league a-hole get DF'd and I was thrilled.
In general I'm always a bit embarrassed when I get some "thrill" from someone else's trouble.

Well here we are. Day one of the World Series. The Red Sox have lost twice (of the 4 times they have been in the WS since 1918) to St. Louis.
The "comforter with special powers" has not been put away, building a storm cloud of power. But will it be enough? Who will the comforter "comfort" tonight? Which Red Sox player is in need? Perhaps Nixon? His bat has been a little quiet or will it be Manny? How about Tek - or better yet Mirabelli?

as i was walking home today (about 7pm) i passed in front of madison square garden.
there, a little boy, about 7-8 years old, hands me some literature.
the literature is eerily similar to a watchtower, but i knew that the people handing them out were not jws.
