  On Sunday, Francis directed his attention to the victims of abuse themselves, meeting with five survivors, including people who had been molested not only by priests but also abused by family members or educators. He apologized to them that often their accusations weren't taken seriously, and promised to hold bishops accountable.

  Francis said he understands how a victim or a relative of a victim could refuse to forgive the priest who abused.

  "I pray for them, and I don't judge them," Francis said.

  He recalled that in his previous meeting with survivors of sex abuse, in July 2014, one told him that her mother had lost her faith and died an atheist after learning that a priest had violated her child.

  "I understand this woman. I understand, and God who is better than me understands," Francis said. "And I am sure that God received this woman. Because what was groped and destroyed was her flesh, the flesh of her daughter. I understand. I cannot judge someone who cannot forgive."

  Option 3, because they basically told us in a borgcast that the Kingdumb hell loans they cancelled no one is actually paying back their lotted sums anymore and they are really hurting from that. And the donations in are less than expenses out, and this must have been for a while now.

  what if the society know it only has to lose one big case to lose a whole set of cases on precedent of the first case?.

  this means they will lose millions of dollars in lawsuits and settlements.

  which means their financial stability is under threat.

  Bottom line I think is that if they are getting sued for millions and millions they will spin persecution and the masses of JW's will eat it up. But the borg will still be brought to it's knees either way.

  Now hold up a minute. I don't think WTS is as broke as we may think. Here's why:

  Their accounts probably told them, "Stop! You are starting to touch the cushion money." And how much is that "cushion" money is the real mystery. You KNOW there is a cushion of something, they just didn't run out of money completely. They are not that dumb.
