by John Aquila inso i called a few jwdubs that still talk to me, not to try to convince them of anything or wake them up but to try to get a feedback on how they took the big meeting change and other announcements.
generally speaking, all the ones i talked to were not even fazed by the changes.
many of them still didnt even realize the meeting format had changed and thought the layoffs were a normal thing that happens all the time.

John - you are so right. For people that are that blind, it wouldn't matter how much TTATT you showed them, they would just say, "yeah, but Jehovah knows what's going on...". and they would just keep on 'serving Jah' so to speak. They really just don't get it. -

On a need to know basis - The Letter

I really think they are ARE broke. I think they have in fact been telling the truth about their finances and for some time now the money coming in has been less than going out even though they have been selling off properties.
They have little cash, they have no hope, they are false prophets and now have no where to turn. The real Jehovah will not bail them out because they have used lies and deception to get them this far anyway, so they can't even turn to him. But the rank and file can, at least that's good news.
