  John Doe, I think it should vary case by case.
  
  If that same person discovered a used condom in their food,instead of a hair, then yeah they should be able to recover psychological damages, because the contents of that condom have the probablility of causing a disease.
  
  Don't laugh about the above scenario, because it did happen to someone and made the news a few years back.

  In that instance, the average person wouldn't have psychological damage, they may be grossed out, but they wouldn't need therapy.

  It depends on the actual damages caused by a hair. If ingesting a hair could open someone up to catching a disease, then yes it could make a difference. It could also be due to a poor ventilation system by the buldings owner, or it could be something that the restaurant allows, then it would revert back to them.
  
  But since a hair does not cause any tangible damage to the person other than the psychological, I don't believe they should have a case, no matter whose fault it is.

  I personally believe it is a hoax too, simply because I don't believe in bigfoot. I think it is rather funny that that California Bigfoot organization is poo pooing it also, sound like they are jealous that someone else outside their group may have made a discovery.

  When I was a JW, I believed there was no hell, no trinity, I believed in the new system.
  
  I disagreed with just about everything else including the no -college, no teenage dating, no Christmas, no birthdays, etc etc etc.
  
  
  Eventually I came to disagree with everything they taught, but this wan't until after I discovered the real truth about "The Truth"

  Just about every XJW I have met, has suffered damage. Those who proclaim to be normal and over their experience are really in denial. Get to know the person and you will uncover things that might not be readily apparent.
