Looking Back, Was Being A Witness A Worthless Experience To You?

If Eve was made from Adam's rib...
by changeling inwouldn't they have the same dna?
would that not make eve a clone of adam?
aren't clones by definition an exact replica of the original?

So within the whole scheme of things and supposed 4 billion years, man evolved about 40,000 years apart from woman?

If the bible provided an answer to every minute detail, then it would be more like the former organization we left, I don't need to know everything about this life, all that is needed is the plan of salvation, how the animals were created by God, I don't really know, and in the full picture is imaterial.

I don't know, the Bible doesn't say.

Eve would have some of Adam's DNA I am sure, but when the fig leaves were removed it was still Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

I prefer the King James Version, but I hear that the ESV (English Standard Version) is a good second choice.

OK, let me explain....
by dawg inso, the last few threads i've written have been about telling your families and friends how you feel; many of you have given me the reasons you don't speak out to your families, but i want to tell you the main reason you should.
please let me explain.... .
i keep on stressing this point because how it makes you feel, i'm telling you all, that for over 19 years, i let information about my thoughts out slowly, then the tipping point... at my uncle's funeral 2 february's ago, while listening to my family pontificate at dinner about who so and so is pioneering and the like, it hit me that i was sick to the core of them throwing their bullisi*t beliefs at me like i was inferior or something.

New light for you----good suggestions, as for the first question, I did ask him almost identical to that one, but he wouldn't budge.
As for the last question about former members, I would save that for the very last day, and use that as a last resort, it would probably have the best effect if a younger person was with him.
Wobble---The 1914 doctrine was discussed heavily with him, although I haven't got around to the 607 BC issue. I would definitely tie those into each other.
New light for you---As for the Christmas tree, I already have one, and I have done just about every legal "worldly" activity known to JW's---I vote, worked on my brother's political campaign, I attend church when I can, you name it I have done it.
