It took 100 years to lead them to a 'snake oil' website.
What happens after the new website smell wears off?
P.s. Website based publishing is less expensive than
paper based publishing.
will they "celebrate" 120 yrs... 150 yrs... 200 yrs... ?.
when will it stop?.
the wt now has its organization actually celebrating.

The WT now has its organization actually celebrating
all the many years of their failed expectations.
Celebrating 100 years of Armageddon NOT coming...
It's like celebrating 100 years NOT winning the lottery.
How can millions of people get so excited about that??
my dad came into the jw's because someone studied the "creation" book with him.
it pains me deeply that he sent me an e-mail recently saying that to keep the peace with my mom, he will stop communicating with me as much as possible.
i should communicate with him only if i have an emergency.. it upsets me to no end, but i cannot do anything or much about it.
@ILoveTTATT:
Where is the misquote?
I'm looking at a hardcopy of ce-E page 15/16, while comparing that with page 81 of the magazine film.
Both appear to match.
if so, what would be some examples?.
.
only questions that show a higher degree of thought and intelligence please..
Yes, a JW could be reproved or excommunicated for improper questionings, a.k.a. 'foolish questionings'.
2 Timothy 2:23
Titus 3:9
It really depends on the circumstances, such as what was asked, how it was asked, who was asked,
and how elders interpret the content and manner of questioning. Questioning doctrine or authority
can get a JW into tribunal trouble, fast.
i was an elder in prescott for many years... anyone now out from there?

"It amazes me how far off some of you wander in these discussions."
Joe: I competely agree with you. Posting Guidelines for this forum,
which are enumerated below on this page, state users are to avoid:
10. Posting an off-topic comment.
That is exactly what some users have done here. You posted a topic
asking if anyone here is acquainted with your area of Arizona. Then,
rather than welcome you to the forum/productively discuss on-topic,
some of the winners here belittle your screename and question your
motives for using this website... and that's just plain rude. You will
see a lot of that here. Just remember who you're possibly dealing with,
and once you wade though that you will likely find some valuable and
helpful information on this website.
Welcome.
i am so annoyed!!
why can't jws just be normal?!?
a local eldub and his family want to invite us over for family worship!!
Labeling invitations to innoculous hospitality within someone's home as "neurotic" ?

"You can associate with all kinds of people and it doesn't mean that they are going to corrupt you."
there are so many directives for elders, pioneers, ministerial servants and "publishers", it is mind boggling!!!.
to fulfill all of their expectaions, you would have to be perfect!.
i must say, that i really don't know how some do it, every day, ever week....i wonder how long some of the elders that frequent this board will still push the flock like the watchtower says they must..
Affected... If a person is in WT long enough and deep enough, the experience with WT rules & regs can affect the cognition of that person for the remainder of life, causing an effect of two 'persons' within one mind, such as those that claim to have left WT, yet continue returning to JW related material like as this website. Some may physically leave, but can't internally leave because they are deeply affected, long-term.

That link remains speculatory, filled with chatter on speculation about cause of death.
If you believe that link contains critically valuable information, why not post a link to it
in your own thread?
