WT will even distance believers from other believers to better serve the cult. Bethelites, missionaries, circuit workers, SKE pioneers, JW children ... all encouraged to leave home, leave jobs, leave believing family & friends to pursue greater "privileges" and "assignments" in the cult work.
WT wants to have the dominant relationship in your life. They word it as "putting God first", or "seeking the kingdom first"... but in reality, all that terminology means is Watch Tower first.
If your gag reflex can handle it, here is a video sample of narcissistic cult rhetoric on full display by a JW leader, Kenneth "New Boy" Cook:

so apparently robert hendricks the spin doctor of the wt society has been proudly telling news channels how wonderful the wt org has been during the 2 years of the pandemic, checking in with each and every member to meet their needs on a weekly basis.. except, based on the comments of former jw friends on facebook, it's news to most of them since they are screaming out that they were totally neglected by the elders/ms throughout most of that period.
a couple even said that because of being ignored by the congregation during this time, that they have walked away completely.

That is horrible. Hearing the same in our circles. More than the usual number of funerals and health failures within 2021/2022.
Curious how the GB never mention vaccine injury statistics in their GB video update propaganda. Probably a greater number of JWs are suffering from virus/vaccine complications than any percentage experiencing legit "persecution"
WT will probably stay hush about vaccine related injuries until it begins to personally hurt JW top brass or their wives.
We did confirm than many full-time WT volunteers, such as most in-house bethelites, were recently shifted out of WT direct healthcare and into state welfare heathcare programs... another "loving provision from the governing body"
OP: Lies, Damn Lies.

@LongHairGal
Yes, I was seriously asking if anyone here had heard reports of WT financial aid to families of virus victims or vaccine injury. We had heard of two cases where financial aid was involved, but tonight we investigated further and learned that both cases were elder bodies given approval to distribute a mere contact list of state and charitably funded services available to applicants with eligible circumstances related to the virus or the vaccine.
No actual financial assistance directly from WT, similar to how those covid emergency food box distributions by local JW elders were sourced from "worldly" state funded food banks, yet portrayed by JWs as a "loving provision of the governing body." Apparently, elders did not openly disclose "these food boxes are from the political government, not the WT GB"...
So as the OP says: "lies damn lies"
But with the way those GB update videos and letters endorsed the experimental vaccines, WT may eventually be approached for some sort of compensation by vaccine injured JWs that felt undue influence from WT to accept the experimental injections.

of the 30,000+ JWs that the GB reported to have been COVID-19 fatalities, how many of those families received any financial assistance from Watch Tower to help with post-mortem expenses?
Or how many JW families experiencing vaccine-related injury have been offered any financial assistance from Watch Tower?

Memorial wt study, re tro view.
by waton infor those still involved in the april 15 event, under the full evening moon.. "do this in memory of me " right, and follow the instructions.
3) "small number cherish a heavenly hope" but at the last supper, all still had an earthly hope, even jesus spoke in earthly terms about the future.
4) "spoke to them about 2 covenants, the new covenant and the kingdom covenant" a new one to me, note the missing capitalization for the new covenant, the one for all, for forgiveness of sins, the blood covenant, the wine symbolism, but implied [wrongly ] meaning of the kingdom rule promises.

Certainly hope ozziepost does not imply going soft on the WT cult...?
We personally may know WT is a falsehood, but many others remain on-the-fence undecided.
Everything WT does should be exposed & eviscerated at this forum because, as you may know, many inquiring lurkers visit this forum over the years, so even the most rudimentary exposé here may help a reader loosen the cult shackles somewhere in their life or to help guide another person to healing & freedom.

Hines v. Watchtower, et al, Plaintiff's Opposition to GB's Motion to Dismiss
by DNCall inlast friday, plaintiff hines' opposition to the above motion was filed.
it appears to me that the zalkin firm eviscerates the gb's motion.
in plaintiff's memorandum of law, it is clearly presented that the elements of hines' complaint are of the type protected by ny law against motions to dismiss.

If Hines v. WT holds together, we may see a release of Nightmare on Lösch Street - The Sequel.

And look at how JW cult leaders exploit Jesus by twisting the occasion into an opportunity to draw allegiance to themselves:
8. What is another reason why the other sheep attend the Memorial?
8 Consider another reason why the other sheep attend the Memorial. They want to show their love and support for the anointed.
12-13. What are some further ways in which the other sheep show their support for Christ’s brothers?
12 These sheep know that Jesus views what they do for his anointed brothers as if they were doing it for him personally.—Matt 25:37-40.

Criminal Cases and Lawsuits Involving WT Coverup of Pedophilia
by Ding inin criminal cases and civil lawsuits against the wt and its elders for failing to report pedophilia, the defense almost always argues that the elders should enjoy the benefit of the clergy-penitent confidentiality protections of the law.of course, we know that the wt has for many years prided itself on not having a "clergy class," but prosecutors and plaintiffs' lawyers are often unaware of that.. if you find out about a case in your area, you might get ahold of the prosecutor or plantiff's lawyer and share with them wt literature such as the april 1, 1981 watchtower (p. 15): "interestingly, jehovah’s witnesses have for years followed the direction of the founder of christianity that 'all you are brothers,' and have no clergy class among them.".
you might also share with them this article from the april 8, 1993 awake, p. 31:.
victims of pedophile priests speak out.

JW cult clergy and their legal reps are deceptive snakes...
Exactly what we would expect of humble, faithful & discreet men professing to be the modern day brothers of Christ Jesus himself.
