Easy way to count time. It saves face in the KH and keeps the elders off my back.

Tony Morris replaced - by ANOTHER teleprompter reader!
by BoogerMan inthe whitewashing of tm111 from jw history continues - tending to confirm that he was booted.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ghbhv6961a.
i'm pretty sure the cult got him to sign a nice nda - in exchange for a lifetime residency in the house bought by wt..

I remember something in the past about that incident. Was she posting as huckleberry, on tik tok? This has been around for at least a couple of months.
I really don’t think it will be long before we hear of “Big T” getting D-eed. Sort of got a rhyme to it that. He will have to fall on the sword sooner or latter.

and lack of genuine new adult converts
There were a couple that were briefly attending meetings when I was PIMI. They were young. She was a supervisor in a government department and he was in business, building. Over all, a lovely couple and would have been a real asset to JW.borg. Then one day, for no reason, they just stopped. After I left the JWs, I by chance, bumped into them in town. I explained my situation, and asked their thoughts on the religion. Their reply focused on 2 things: the internet and CSA. Seems all the good ones have gone.

JW Businessmen
by NotFormer ini was never a jw, but came across a few in my travels.
one jw businessman i dealt with seemed to be honest, trustworthy and reputable 👍👌.
another i knew was the kind of bloke who, if he told me that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, i'd watch sunrise and sunset just to make sure.

Yup a mixture of good and bad. I knew of one brother who fired another for dishonesty.

Compared to other religions. What that Wt is asking for is very modest. It’s about the cost of a coffee and biscuit at the coffee shop, in this country. $100 million a month may be quite modest to their outward expenses. Are they making absorbent sums of money at the cost of their members. I’d suggest they could be going broke. Also remember that, many developing countries are not financially self sufficient, and would be a cost to Wt.

slimboyfat joins the Mormons!
by slimboyfat ini know that some people on the board have experience of being mormons, so i would be interested in your feedback.
at church this afternoon it was an uncanny experience.
in the past i've read a lot about mormons, so i thought i was prepared in general for what it would be like.

Since leaving the JWs, I have become fascinated in the LDS. Yes I agree, it’s nicer, but weirder, older cousin. As a lifestyle choice I wished I had been born LDS.

by Terry innote: photos can be found on the blue envelope channelhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nakezkhqbmtony and susan morris are living in lumberton, north carolina.
a real estate document on the robeson county website is filed:.
the religious order of jehovah's witnesses has provided a "life estate" for them.they can live in this townhouse until they are deceased or choose to move away and in either case the ownership becomes entirely the property of jehovah's witnesses.

I must admit, I to, am surprised about lack of sightings of Tony Morris. I’d really like a pic of his bottle recycle bin. That would be really telling.

Just as a side point. I wonder about those who were directly involved in the purchase of that house for Tony Morris? I wonder what went through their minds, with regard to the treatment Tony got as apposed to treatment other long term Bethelites have received. I hope it wakes them up.

It was that exact question of the divorce rate amongst Christian groups. That was the first pivotal moment that started waking me up. It was 18 months after this question was raised with me, that I attended my last meeting.

Did The Australian Royal Commission Actually Achieve Anything?
by NotFormer ini've been going through past threads on here during the period i was not very interested in what was going on in jw world.
the australian royal commission era caused a great deal of excitement and inspired some hope, but did any good come of it?.
the 2 witness rule in child sexual assault cases still exists, and elders still don't call the police and try to handle things in house.

If I was a GB member, or the inner circle. I’d be thinking in terms of; as long as the machine keeps running to see me through my old age. Then what do I care about it’s long term sustainability. In another 10 years apart from Sanderson, and Jackson, a lot of them would have died, or be too old to care anyway. I want it to run long enough to see me through.
I know this reasoning well, as I have come to the same conclusion with my aged father.
