What would it like to see
by JohnR1975 inwhat i would like to see and maybe will get there in about another ten years is being a jw is a rewarding thing that enriches your life.. just like other religions out there you may not know the entire truth and maybe not quite right many of the beliefs but to have to idea of a belief centres and stabilises you.. i would like jws to be able to celebrate birthdays and maybe even other holidays if they choose to and not be judged by those who choose not to.. i would like jws to be allowed to have different interpretations of scripture and everyone is happy to agree to disagree and be able to say to each other yes maybe that interpretation is nearer the truth.
we just don’t know.. i would like new members of the gb to issue an apology for previous members getting so many things wrong.. they need to come out and say they were wrong about 1914 this date has no scriptural significance and the same is true of 1919. jws were not chosen in 1919 as the one and only true religion.. we just don’t know about so many things and it takes humility to admit we were wrong.. i would like to see even more lightening up on stupid restrictions like young people being allowed to have a varied friends and activities that are not with jws only..

In the country I live in, which is considered a wealthy 1st world country. The census has always been twice that of what wt states. It's only on recent times that this figure has only slightly dropped below twice. This is also affirmed in the Video I submitted earlier in the thread. MY CONCLUSIONS!!! PIMOs are not identifying as such, when given the freedom to do so in the census. The lowering of the bar has allowed more of those on the fringes to enter, thus bolstering numbers.

If that be true then these people are choosing not to identify as such, when given the freedom to do so in the census. As a general rule, around the world, the census figure is usually twice that of what is stated by Wt.

Meeting attendance
by Farmer Jim1 infor those still in the organization what is your meeting attendance like these days?.
when i left in 2017 there were around 80 publishers and the average meeting attendance was 70..

While PIMO, I had the assignment of counting the attendance. I noted that 2/3 of the cong were 50+ in age. I also saw a photo of an elders school. All of them were grey headed. This was 11 years ago. I’d hate to think what it’s like now

Despite short term gains, of lowering the chance of liability, and freeing up money in realestate. The long term effects of going on line would finish them. It’s a religion that relies on a physical presence. When you don’t know who the person is because their camera is off, or their exact location, you lose the ability to control.
Nothing beats face to face contact. Even with my aged PIMI father I literally push him out the door to physically attend the meetings. This is the best course of action both physically and mentally for him Humans are designed to interact in person.

North Korea Troops flying in to help Russia?

he was making these crazy comments that north korea had committed to help russia fight against nato and that they were getting ready to use nukes against nato countries if nato started using them first.
in less the an hour the video was taken down.

I’m probably going to get shot (no pun intended) for saying this, and I have no doubt this has been discussed before. But I fully support what Putin did, and in hindsight I probably would have done the same thing. This was never about Russia wanting to take over or dominate Ukraine. This was about missiles been built in Ukraine that left the Russian borders vulnerable to attack. The exact same thing happened in the Cold War between Cuba/ USA. I bet if it were the drug gangs in Mexico, building atomic weaponry in Tijuana, something would have been done about it pretty quickly. The Ukrainian government could have not decided to join natio, and this whole thing would have never happened. A terrorist can be very subjective, depending on what side of the line you are on.
