I’m not sure you understand my answer but I would say understanding itself proves what you call unproven entities like souls. Also I am not assuming we know everything about maths because it may well be infinite in scope but I am saying infinity is implicated in comprehending and understanding. This is why no computer will ever be able to calculate something true or false about infinite numbers yet we can by something other than calculating.

Understanding involves infinity in some way and it’s that I think is missing from input, processing and output contained in biology, or anything else a processing device is made out of, and it can be made of anything.
For example, one x two always gives the same answer as two times one. If one understands this rule and why it works, as opposed to merely processing it, one also knows that it will work for all infinite numbers. To `know` that this is the case, if one is only processing information would require all numbers to be processed, but that would take forever because of their being an infinite amount. Yet those possessed of consciousness and awareness don’t have to process every infinite number, in order to know what the answer is for all infinite numbers. Thus infinitely is involved in understanding and that is what is missing in finite biological processing systems. I call it a soul, as by definition infinity goes outside of the finite and brains are finite.

However as you ask for the fifth time, my answer is I think a soul is missing from the simple, materialistic, input, processing and output to produce 'consciousness`.

Computers send information but have no awareness of anything, least of all the information they process. This suggests that thinking is more than information because thinking includes awareness of information. Consciousness/awareness is something more than information itself I would say. A major issue is, if consciousness is real and all physical objects from the universe itself, to the smallest electron that computers carry through their wires, can be defined as information, it would seem there is a logical impasse in the idea that physical objects can produce consciousness! What really is comprehension and can it be defined so as to be understood, thus allowing one to say: comprehension understands comprehension, or comprehension itself has been comprehended?

'Britain’s most sadistic mother' will be let out of jail next month (July) – and will be re-homed just miles from the adopted children, (Victoria, Christopher and Alloma) she brutally tortured for nearly 20 years.
Eunice Spry, now 70, was originally jailed for 14 years in 2007 (lowered to 12 years on appeal) after she was convicted of 26 charges of disgusting child abuse against her two foster children and an adopted daughter

During her reign of terror, Spry forced the children to drink bleach and urine, eat their own vomit, eat rat excrement, stand naked and cold for hours on end and even sandpapered the skin from the face and hands of one terrified child.
Brave Victoria was once tied up naked and left blindfolded – surviving on crusts and water – for THREE months.
Spry would regularly beat the children on the soles of the feet with a “variety of sticks”. The children would be “punched kicked and strangled”, and if they cried the sticks would be forced down their throats.

Spry is thought to have paid released prisoners to track down addresses on the outside – and while the three siblings are no longer scared of their evil ‘mother’, they fear she will track them down.
