Franklin j , i was in the cult for a few years but it had to many holes in it so i opened my eyes and got out. He has been in for 28yrs , if he doesn't get it now he never will. Being nice does no good , i have tried it all and now he started a war.

Yes here is another story about my cult minded husband,but this one really blew me away. The Silentlambs Caucus that was recently in Nashville was in our local paper last Sunday. I saw the article before my husband did so i knew what it said. I did not say a word about it ,i just thought when the time is right i will say something to him about the artical. Well last night as he was getting ready for the memorial , i asked him what thoughts he had on the Silentlambs artical. It went like this ,,,, ME, so what do you think of the sexual abuse among jw children?,,,, HIM, It is not like what they say at all there might be a few abusers but they are in the family and they have the choice to go ,the the police, either way if they are doing these things they are disfellowshiped. These things are supposed to happen Jehovah is weeding out the bad besides the 5th Estate show and the girl in the artical are the same ,they keep using the same person.
Me,,, You know things about jws are going to come out , what about the UN scandal ? ,,, HIM, If the watchtower did have anything to do with them it was for our watchtower to get information. ME, So it is okay to use the wildbeast for information,,, Him, no comment. Then he said i know alot will come out against us because it is supposed to happen , it only makes us stronger that we are in the last days and are being persecuted , Jehovah warned us of these things.
I said well i think Silentlambs is doing a wonderful thing to help these kids.,,,He said o'h ya they have joined SNAP with the other religion 's that evil. Are you ready for this one, he then told me if i like Silentlambs so much i should go f--- them. Spoken like a true cult mind. I am done with this ( be nice they don't know any better , this is WAR. -

Any media attention this get's brings more victims out to get the help they need. As i watched my cult husband read the article on Silentlambs and watched him have no reaction , i am wondering if to many people are getting callus to the word pedophile or sexual abuse.How can we bring the real agony of these children to the front page? i mean the physical harm the mental anguish in a explicit way but not to explicit. Maybe when people see what these kids have suffered, they would not think of it as just a word. Like if you hear someone was beaten , you can imagine it but if you saw the pictures of the bruising you would see the pain. Maybe transcrips from medical personel and psycologist of what these kids suffer. I am probably way out of line here but it is just a thought.
