That does present a conundrum. A word I remember back in my biology class, serosas (an embryo covering) could be rearranged to be "sore ass".

Just to append to my comment above .......
I could envision Trump boarding Marine One (Presidential helicopter) and not taking any questions from the press with the baseball bat handle protruding from the back of his pants on the way to Walter Reed Medical Center for removal.
