i apologize for offending and upsetting people for my stupidity and paranoia that i had reacted wrongly over a thread where some kind and caring people was looking out for me and i responded unkindly to the thread with the thinking i was being made fun of because of my bad situation here at home.. http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/forum/thread.aspx?id=45898&site=3.
i had been made fun of by some folks on another forum recently who said they hoped i lose everything and said mean things about me.. so it left me feeling awful and for a while i had harbored resentment that human beings could be so mean in treating me in this way.. so when i first saw the post, i wasn't thinking clearly, i reacted wrongly and made a false accusation that i was being made fun of because of my situation.. my judgement had been clouded by paranoia, depression and anger from what i had endured from mean people.. i allowed my emotions to get the best of me and i allowed it to cloud my judgement to the point that i totally misunderstood the post for it's intent and when i looked back and re-read the post again, i realized i reacted wrongly and what an idiot i am.
i reacted to it too fast, i never gave my brain time to adjust to the meaning of the post.

While the addmitting to human frailties was very good I will have to mark you as Needs Improvment in the weasle-out-of-situation point.

in my time in school and college, i always enjoyed the study of ancient greek, roman, chinese, and native american myth.
yet at the same time we have beliefs in modern religions, such as christianity, that there is a heaven with jesus christ, jehovah, angels, the devil, and demons.
1500 years from now, will jesus christ be a myth.
When does a religion become a myth?
When the population of adherents falls below the critical mass to keep the religion relevant to the general population. The ratio of followers to non-followers in a population has to be above some point as to effectively pass on this knowledge and keep the religion dynamic enough to be meaningful and or applicable to current events / scientific advances. This critical ratio would also be dynamic with the changes in information technology, education level of a population and level of interaction between the general population and followers of said religion.
Any thoughts on this type of belief propagation versus population model.

Strange how you can watch an event and one picture will bring it all in focus for a person. That moment of recognition was when the News showed a battered and burned helmet from one of the crew lying on the ground.
The visualization of the last moments of that person is both sad and a tribute. The sadness comes from the loss of the crews' family and friends but, the tribute to the person who pushed the limits doing what they loved to do.
Living life to its fullest should be a lesson to all of us who have wasted time under the control of others.

i think someone on this forum is a rat....or troll as i think they are called.. i am sitting at home last night watching fear factor, and there was a knock at the door.. i opened it to find two elders from my old hall.
they did not seem very sincere when they apologized for disturbing me without notice.. they said the purpose of there visit was to just to check up on me, find out if my circumstances or opinions had changed.
we ended up in a huge conversation about my "inactivity", they wanted to know if there was anything keeping or holding me back from the truth, and wanted to know if there was anything i needed to get of my chest, cause guilt has away of keeping people back.

There is another class here called lurkers that would have access to the information you have posted. As far as I know chat is still safe from the lurking class

Good point, but that is not the worst of it. Not only do they (Microsoft) release a program with major security holes in it, but it was an outside security analyst that showed them the hole. The update (patch) was written and made available to system administrators but to get this patch through support the same administrators were charged for this support.
Kind of like a company manufacturing a product that has a design flaw, and after the flaw is fond will happily fix this problem for a price.
