My Sisters response to the 5th (she is a victim)
by Beans inas some of you may know my sister was abused by an elder when she was young.
i had watched the dateline show with her and since then she has talked about it with me openly and i let her know about the 5th estate show and she watched it and this is what she had to say.. "it did make jw's look bad, at least these particular men did pay some price, according to the law.".
now these are typical jw answers!!!

CBC CHILD ABUSE PROGRAM STARTS 1 HOUR EARLIER

i have just reviewed the on screen listings for tonight.
for those of you with bell expressvu dishes this is the schedule for you who are in the est ( eastern time zone ) we have 5 time shifting schedules to use to our advantage.

Big Increase on this Forum

there have been about 50 new sign-ons during the past week.

Yeah, but can you get 'em to go door-to-door with the WT and AW, attend 5 meetings a week, run their family and health into the ground for years on end, etc., etc., as our slavish sheep?

Theocratic Rules for Kingdom Hall Library Use
1. No shoes, no shirt, no books!
2. One hundredth visitor receives free 6-month extension to personal Awake! subscription.
3. No eating or drinking allowed in the library - drinking has reference to water, milk, soda, fruit juice, coffee and tea.
4. Copy machine requires 25 cents per copy. Use of slugs will result in a penalty of double the price for all future copies.
5. Second Sunday of each month -- unbaptized neighbors may accompany you to the library, and you may count the time spent with them there.
6. Overdue book fees - Your choice: 10 cents per day or preparation and delivery of an additional student talk for each past due day.
7. Forgetting to whisper: someone other than you will correct your next written review paper -- no choice.
8. If you catch someone tearing out a page from a book -- the guilty person must prepare and deliver your next scheduled student talk.
9. Children and teens may not use the copy machine for anything but theocratic projects unless accompanied by an adult.
10. Anyone caught sleeping in the library will have deducted an equal amount of time from his current month's field service report. -
