  Well now we really don’t know that this has happened in Mexico now, do we? That could be more lies as well, couldn’t it? We have to be so careful these last days because the apostates are really persecuting Jehovah’s people. There’s not much we can trust unless it’s in the literature lovingly provided to us by the Faithful Slave.

  Substitute 'capitalist pigs' for apostates and ' USSR' for faithful slave and it sounds just like Joe Stalin and Nikita Kruschev. Radio Free Europe and the Voice of Americal laid bare and exposed totalitarian mind control as is this board and the internet.

  i've been busy lately, so i've not been able to post... but i had to share this with you all and get your imput.....

  Update on my son's JC meeting

  thank you all for your kind words and concern.

  my wife tells me the meeting with the three wise-men went pretty good.

  regrettably, no elders were decked during the meeting (yes i am quite disappointed too) and so an announcement will be made next week that he was reproved and found repentant.

  do you think a really big threat to the wtbts is from people like me who are still witnesses and in the organization but also post on this board and have an open mind -- or do you think there are bigger threats -and if so what would they be?

  were any specifically mentioned from the platform or were you counseled not to listen to a certain song?

  for me it was the entire def leopard hysteria album - bad heavy metal told it was demonic, i listened to it in secret, silk's "freak me" - a virgin listening to a song about hot sex?

  D-day for Vicky Boer

  this is from silentlambs.

  the 28th marks the date the judge is supposed to rule on vicki's case.

  as you may recall watchtower has requested legal fees for her to pay in the amount of $160,000 after the judge ruled in her favor with a $5,000 judgement to be paid to her.
