  Yeah, I am sorry to say I did downtown at the center of the city near a bus stop. This was during auxiliary pioneering a few times. My service was never blessed with a study because I had not totally confessed to the wise elders all dark secrets or else I wasn't trying hard enough. I could never justify to Jehovah why I was not pioneering. I was always on a royal guilt trip.

  that you that defend it are the ones that hate america. I don't believe I defended it. I believe she was used till her usefulness wore off. What generals, Murtha? There are always military against the war. Lincoln had the same problem. The enemy is using the antiwar left and the protesters essentially are giving aid and comfort to them. Zawaheri has made many statements that baited the left. Most of the military I have talked to want to complete the mission. In Somalia, the same terrorists were emboldened by our lack of response. In fact, the 911 master planner expected our response would be of a legal nature in the courts. When Harry Reed states we have lost the war he gives the enemy encouragement to keep hanging on. This war was a real blunder and I am not a proponent of it. I think a balance was upset when Sadaam was removed. Iraq held Iran in check. It is not possible today to fight to win. You cannot fire into a Mosque when fired upon, you can't remove whole areas with a scorched earth policy. There seems to be more concern over the enemies rights than our servicemen's welfare. When Congressmen in this country are more upset over someone being dishonored in Abu Graab (sp.) than the quartering and beheading of US citizens I have a problem. I think the war was won when Sadaam was deposed but it has evolved into the center of the fight against terrorism. I want us out when the generals say so, not the appeasers on the left.

  It is leading up to rejecting the friviolity of this circus court used by the third world ingrates to lambaste the US. Look who they want to try and for what? Do you want a one-world socialistic government and its consequent redistribution of wages and wealth? How about a world tax mediated by the UN. You have seen the use of funds there.

  Amen Sinis. I am sick of the US Congress and the power of the IRS. They will never let that go. This country will go into stagnation once those who pay no taxes are greater that 50% of the voters. The so called "rich" already are paying most of the burden. I am sick of this country's beauracracy.

  an acquaintance was telling me about how there have been some new discoveries in quantum mechanics and that "everything we know is going to change", his words.

  he said that these top scientists and physicists have already met with the world's top religious leaders and explained to them what they have discovered and how it will change everyone's perception about reality.. i'm not all that informed on quantum mechanics and all that scientific mumbo-jumbo other than to know that some people believe that there are parallel universes and that it might be possible(?

  ) that we exist in different universes at the same time.. from what this guy was telling me, i gathered (i think) that reality and our perception of reality is based on nothing tangible except information.

  energy does have mass. entanglement does not allow the transmission of info faster than light. there is no instant of time in 2 places. something can exist in more than one place as long as you can know nothing of its momentum. space does not exist apart from mass or energy unless there are space particles and they would have mass. empty space is not empty.

  i have recently been diagnosed with lukemia with a limited life left in the old bod.

  my daughter is a jw and was lured into the institution by her then boyfriend (now husband).

  my present intention is to prepare some idea of what she has got herself into.

  Words cannot begin to convey my sorrow for you. Hope you can find peace in the time left. Though we are all facing the same outcome on life it is like you have a date now. When my wife went after a 5 year struggle with a carcinoid tumor in the lung thoughts of our last weeks played over and over in my mind like a movie. You probably are more loved than you know. I for one can't fathom death
