  BBC Medical soap features JWs and blood.

  tonight's episode of holby city on bbc 1 starts a jw narrative that explores family estrangement and the blood issue.

  the outcome is explored again in a couple of weeks and is pretty favourable to the jws..

  been a while since i've been on here and it's nice to see the lgbt topics still burn the brightest.. the ali forney centre support lgbt kids who are rejected by their religious parents and these videos will no doubt mirror the sad experiences of some of us gay jws..

  Shredding the Organised to Accomplish Our Ministry book

  just read through the 2011 letters to usa boe and the 8 february one on disposing of old wt books/magazine struck me as apparently the co needs to authorise their disposal.

  what really intrigued me was that the om book was required to have it's cover removed and the pages "shredded".. was everyone in the congegation asked to shred their personal copies too?.

  The End of Circuit Overseers

  is indeed apparently nigh as another poster predicted along with the end of the weekly bs.

  not sure when this should take place but i'm reliably informed by a family member that one of the uk's overseers was talking about it fairly recently.

  reduced to weekend visits by an outside but local elder instead.. i have no further info..
