Actually doesn't the scriptures say that many are invited but only few are chosen? If so it does not matter who receives the invitation only that the host would have to make a decision when the time comes. The door is open but who really has received the invitation? Some say it's a feeling while others say it is more than a feeling.
I say let us not judge and let Jehovah judge who is and who is not.

by yadda yadda 2 inthe nearly 10% increase in partakers at the memorial in the 2008 annual service report is a huge increase.
there were increases in the previous years too.. this massive increase is no doubt attributeable to the 'new light' this year that the calling of the 'heavenly class' was not closed in 1935, as previously taught.
the new understanding this year is that the calling of the 'anointed' class is 'evidently' still open.

Homorovah, I resent that last comment. You do not have to belong to a cult to believe in the prophecies of the bible. Some people are acting like they do not see whats going on in the world today. This crisis is far worse than they are reporting. I'm not trying to scare anyone but the proof is in the pudding. There is a big change coming and people need to start opening their eyes to the truth and reality. Mankind's greed is the cause of the tribulation not God. And I don't understand why Homorovah is so angry. Do you need a hug?

homoravah I believe your comment is very unprofessional. I never targeted anyone on this site. I learned a lot from this site and never had turned to cursing or disrespecting anyone. Just because some of these people are former JW's doesn't not mean they don't still worship God and have morals. You need to get your language in check. Abbagail you are correct in saying that God is not responsible for the tribulation but mankind is responsible. From Alberta's comment it seems that Jehovah has made him better than the angels, but in what way? Jesus suffered as an ordinary man then he was killed. He willing laid down his life in obedience to Jehovah. This act of love separated Jesus from the rest of his angelic brothers. He showed the entire universe that his love and loyalty is with his Father and in turn Jehovah has exalted him to the top position. Now there is know doubt in anyone's mind that Jesus loves Jehovah. Angels will never achieve what Jesus has achieved because they will never suffer as men suffer. So in conclusion our Lord and Savior Jesus is a mighty spirit person who is now above the angels in authority and righteousness. However a spirit person is still a son of God and a angel.

Hello Lovelylil, I have read the passage at Jude 1:14 and from what I see, Jehovah is coming with his thousands upon thousands of Holy ones to judge everyone. This was stated in Revelations regarding the Lamb (Jehovah's Anointed One) standing on a mountain with his anointed followers before God. It appears to me Enoch was given some special insight on how Jehovah was going to judge the wicked and restore righteousness and holiness. There are other angels but there is only one firstborn which was Michael/Jesus. Jehovah did not use any other spirit beings to redeem mankind from sin, he used his first born. Adam was Jehovah's first born of mankind, so it is perfect justice to redeem what was lost with another first born. That's why Jehovah always advised his people Israel to honor him with their first fruits and the first of all their produce even animals and sons. This would show honor and appreciation for what Jehovah was about to accomplish with his son. He even had Abraham whom symbolized (Jehovah himself) offer his son isaac (whom symbolized Jesus) as a sacrifice to prove his love for him. Jehovah knew he was going to perform this great miracle for mankind once and for all time.
