i gave my notice after my last post on this, and told him i was moving by the end of the month.

I'm pleased that the police finally acted upon 'evidence' and arrested him, giving you ample time to clear out.
This is horrible.
But your safety and well being is absolutely paramount.

at least that's what the lady asked when i renewed my drivers license today.
Even though I no longer carry a drivers license, when I applied for my new provincial health care card, there's a question on the application, regarding: organ donation.
The only thing I had to do was, get my brother to sign it, with my presence to make it: legit and so forth.
If there's anything that can be used before the barbecue, then by all means: if it can help/save 1 or more person: go for it!
I have allowed a clause in my 'after death' that if they need cadavers for scientific purposes/research: that's OK by me too.
I think, personally, it's an honourable thing to do.
But, it's also a choice to be made by you: the living individual.
pr_capone: it's so good to see you back on here.. what a source of positive energy you bring.. i for one, really missed your presence here, but i know for a fact, people ask about you all the time, if not on here, at least in e-mails that i have received, which i think, should make you feel all that more 'special'.. so good to have your presence back on here.. and....thanks for all your kind and generous computer help earlier this week.. i am grateful to you for that.. welcome back pr_capone!.

i have always found the topic of blood/hematology, fascinating, and even moreso, the discussions regarding: rh compatibility.. are you rh negative?
if so, do you know your alpha designation: o, a, b, or ab ?.
even if someone is not interested, nor willing to take a blood transfusion, if you are a woman, and you are rh negative, and your husband/partner is rh positive, you can bet your bottom dollar, it'll matter in the near future.

Ages ago, I had been part of an on-line rh negative group.
It was interesting, but I was always more interested in the medical aspects etc., and so forth.
But...there were a bunch of real cracker jacks on that forum, and they'd go on about the 'reptilian traits' and then they'd go way out there into some dimension worthy of the rubber room.

There's a lot of interesting stuff related to folks who are rh negative, but there's an awful lot of fluff and speculation.
When I think of the reptilian thing....don't ask me why, but that horrible Culture Club song came to mind: Karma Cameleon.

I think I was ignored for the most part, which may have been a blessing in disguise.
When I moved from Atlantic Canada to Toronto, the congregation I was attending, were...sort of 'going through the motions', but I was gone for 6 weeks at one point, and I even missed making my pioneering hours, and I did not receive a call (telephone/visit).
I remember going to my last meeting, and it was like.....bizarre! Only a couple of people came over to see how I was doing, the rest....the same old, same old.
Honestly, I don't think I was a 'bad' example, but I wasn't necessarily a 'good' one.
It's funny, I'm sitting here and just remembering things, and it's very....peculiar and a little sad.
today in a fast paced world do you ever stop to consider how many indiviuals may suffer from some sort of mental illness.
i was mentioning it in another post to day and it made me stop and think, just how many people have mental illness and may not know it .
i in particular i am addressing the side of mental illness known as "compulsive obsessive disorder.

it is suppose to be one hell of a show, and cannot wait to see it..... we had the show in town for only 2 nights and sold out in 1 day, so they offered it for another 3 nights and sold it out as well.... can't wait, but want to know if i will need sunglasses or not??.

ok, i've done the beer survey, now its the mixed drinks survey.. i personally like the 4 horseman (1/4 jack 1/4 rum 151, 1/4 everclear, and 1/4 tequila).
it'll put you on your ass quick.
i also like a good bull buster (yager w/ red bull).
Hmm...well, you'd think I'd know a thing or two with regards to drinks: I do.
But oddly enough, I like some pretty simplistic drinks: Rye & Ginger (good rye, Canadian rye).
I like vodka mix drinks too, but the Bloody Caesar is pretty awesome.
I like making interesting martinis.
There's one I love: one ounce Baileys; one ounce Frangelico; one ounce Malibu rum, with a splash of 7-Up. Shake with ice, and pour into a martini glass. It's awesome!
